Warning Banggood doesnt refund at delivery problems
Warning: Banggood doesn't initially refund shipping costs in case of delivery company sorting errors! After receiving various orders perfectly fine, I placed an order for a product. However after a long wait (due to backorder issues which is fine) the shipment was returned to Banggood socalled due to a wrong address. But my address was 100% correct, which is confirmed by Banggoods own website (order page) and the PostNL tracking app. Banggood initially didn't want to refund the shipping costs even though their delivery company made an error. How rude is that? They don't want to comply with European consumer laws. A companies reliability is formed by it's problem solving capabilities, which in Banggoods case lacks legal compliance.

Very reliable supplier - never had any problem with the speed of delivery or the quality of the goods. Good pricing, but rather confusing allowance strategies. When one enables messaging, the mails get a bit pushy. I am happy with the extended range of tech products sold by Banggood.

I think the products a very good the quality of the products is allso good the prices are fair they are shipped fairly quickly I've only had minor problems with some things but that's more the falt of the product supplier i never had a problem directly with banggood their products are packed securely and arrive in perfect condition and I continually do business with banggood because I like shopping with them.

After applying "promo code" price of products in my cart actually went UP! Almost all of "promos" are fake and "original price" is inflated trifold. Avoid this platform entirely to avoid disappointments. It's very bad and far worse then Ali.
