I contacted Banggood customer service, and they not only ignored my repair request but also kept stalling, hoping that once the support expired, they would stop covering the repair. This was my first order from Banggood, and I will never buy from them again.

I bought a drill guide. When it arrived the central bolt that holds the chuck on would not engage so the chuck could not be secured to the machine. I contacted Banggood asking for a repair or replacement. I sent them photos and a video as requested to show the problem, and they still have not done anything. A week has passed, and nothing. Faulty goods should be replaced or refunded immediately. There should be no long waiting periods.I have now requested a return and refund as they are not doing anything. I will wait and see what happens. Very poor service.

I received the Hcalory D30+ / D40+ / D50+ 30/40/50L Car Refrigerator, but unfortunately it did not work straight out of the box. The display would not even turn on. I contacted the company and asked to exchange the faulty unit for a working one, but I have received no response. A product can of course be defective, but what matters is how the company handles the problem. So far, they haven't handled it at all. Very disappointing customer service. I cannot recommend buying from this company based on my experience.

The ad was to confusing to follow and I thought I was ordering one kit and recieved something completely different. The one I want had everything but radio and rx which I already have. I didn't realize this kit didn't have the motor, esc, or servos already installed. I apologize for the confusion. I only purchased this after I saw there was a "no reason for return" guarantee and I thought if I don't want it I can send it back. After realizing this wasn't the kit I thought it was I would like to return under your "no reason for a return" policy.

Still waiting for a refund on a purchase made over 2 months ago and one month past the delivery date. The product has been in the USA for over a month, yet being told it’s a customs issue. I don’t believe it! I use AliExpress and they give refunds when over a month has passed since delivery date, but they have delivered ALL purchases so far.
