Three Lamps
I have ordered three lamps from Beautiful Halo over the last couple of years. They're all beautiful, and the older ones are still going strong. I always go to Beautiful Halo when I need a lamp. They do take some time to get to you but the customer service is excellent. Thanks Beautiful Halo!

DISHONEST SCAMMERS SELLING DANGEROUS LIGHTS. Only gave one star because it made me. Dishonest, scamming company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I bought a light from them and I didn’t realise I was ordering from China. I spent over £200 on the light and when it eventually came ( it took weeks to arrive) it was cheap tat. Not only was it cheap, but it was faulty. BUT even if it wasn’t faulty, it is dangerous !!!! You have to wire it yourself and there are not the parts to wire it and my electrician says it’s dangerous. It’s not as advertised and they do not state anywhere, even in their returns policy, that they are in China. I’m in the UK and in order to return this dangerous, faulty and poor quality item, I have to pay for it to be shipped back to China. They expect their customers to pay astronomical costs to send back a poor quality, dangerous and FAULTY item after paying a massive amount for a light and delivery costs. Their returns policy is null and void. I have sent them videos of the faulty light and insisted on a refund without me returning it because I’m Not willing to spend any more money on this light and it will take weeks and I don’t trust them. They have argued and argued and said I’ve not proved it faulty when I’ve sent them two videos clearly showing the faults. They are refusing to refund me after over 20 emails. They contradict themselves and they have no idea what they are doing apart from intent to abstract as much money from people as can and quite honestly they are the most dishonest disaster of a ‘business’I’ve ever come across. The only positive is that I bought it using PayPal so I’m sure they will take this dispute up and refund me. Ive reported them to trading standards and I hope they cease trading. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
Unsafe lighting products
Awful company, their lights are unsafe in they UK market and my electrician declined to install for safety reasons. Avoid at all costs, customer service is terrible. Products look nice, but are not safe.

Please do not waste your money buying from beautiful halis its all a con. As this company send out broken lights and then ignore you. I was unable to get my money, but worst of all is the nonsense time spent trying to communicate via email . They dont have a customer services. The product they advertise is not the one you get
This "company" does not take returns…
This "company" does not take returns unless the item is damaged. I ordered two light fixtures at $69.99 each and not only did they take 3 months to arrive, now I'm told I cannot return them unless they were damaged. If you are dumb enuff to order from this company, like me, and need to return an item, make sure you damage it first. What a load of crap!

Dont waste your time with this website I purchased a pair of shorts, garment measurements were way ordered 34 waist received an item with a 30 waist. Generally a poorly made item, very thin material, and nothing like the photos. Contacted Beautilfulhalo to return for refund, was offered 10%, then 15% eventually 30% off and could keep them, pointless as they didn't fit!! Beautilfulhalo wanted me to return at my cost even though item was faulty. Opened a case with PayPal and received a full refund immediately, so glad I paid with PayPal.

Wish I had read this before! I ordered a light and it was terrible quality all the paint was peeling off! so on went weeks of messaging requesting their return and refund details all I got back was them asking me to have a 5% discount then 10%, etc... to which I continued to say no as its faulty, they are now telling me I have to send it back and it will be very expensive to do so, basally telling me not to bother! how do you get recourse from this sort of company as I have been totally scammed.
Unhelpful, poor service for expensive tat
Chose a 5 spot ceiling light for the dining room, the pictures on line showed what looked like a wooden beam with metal fixings but when it arrived it was poorly made, stained orange and didn’t look the same as online. The only way to access after sales support is via the website, weeks of messaging and submitting photos they requested ended up with a flat refusal to accept a return. Unhelpful, poor service for expensive tat.
Do not buy from this site!
I ordered a jacket in size XL and their size chart said it would fit a 44" bust. The one I received measured 28" around the bust. They won't refer my money as they say they sent me the right size. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Disgusting disgusting disgusting DO NOT buy from these people. The products are pound shop quality and they do NOT give refunds. I can only say DISGUSTING £40 down my daughter had to work 6 hours to pay for this dress we asked for refund they said NO. The dress is such POOR quality it is only fit for the rubbish bin. DO NOT BUY from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER shop with this company again. I ordered a green shirt, which appeared completely different in the picture from the one I received, or should I say eventually received, as it took about 5 weeks to arrive . The sales picture showed a longer length, classy, deep green shirt with the hint of a sheen. I wasn't expecting something wonderful as it wasn't terribly expensive, but neither was it dirt cheap... I've had nicer and much cheaper things from primark!!! What I received was something akin to a box shaped, luminous green, tin foil like shirt, blindingly shiny and terribly made to boot, threads hanging everywhere, looked like it had been made in the dark. Kudos to the reviewer who battled for a refund for a year and succeeded. The customer service I experienced was bullying and unrelenting, despite repeated communication they downright refused to listen to what I was saying. As another reviewer said, the refund policy is non existent. ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

Wish i had looked on here before placing an order waited 3 wks dor a pair of shorts id seen else where but sold out. Paid over the odds. They look like they were made with the cheapest materials by a 6 yr old. Returns policy is none existant. And they pretty much refuse to accept the items back.

Pendant light received, was not the light advertised
I ordered a beautiful and very unusual light shaped like a leaf, for my customer. I was given 2 options. I ordered the red option. The beautiful colour shown was ombré effect black on edges moving in to a red/orange centre. The centre was black metal, open and showed the light showing through. What I eventually received was not as I had ordered. When I emailed the company they repeatedly told me to install the light and that it would look like the one in the photo. When we opened it it was plain wood. I was expecting colour on the light. They insisted I install it, before they would do anything. This concerned me, just in case once it was installed, they wouldn’t take it back. The light cost £135 including postage. As expected it didn’t look like the light advertised. As it was plain, no colour showed up. Also, it was closed in the centre, not open as advertised. They insisted it was the same light, which it obviously wasn’t. It was definitely a different model. When I insisted I wanted a refund and that my customer didn’t like the fact that there was no colour. I was told that as I had received the correct light and that they were not preferred to do anything about it. I complained and was offered a 5% refund if I kept the light. I refused, then they offered me 10% reduction. Then a 15% reduction Then a 20% reduction. I was fed up by that time and needed to move on with my customers project. I felt like I was getting nowhere. I then told them I wanted a 35% reduction . It was transferred onto a more superior employee. I Complained to PayPal and got a reply from Beautiful Halo, stating that I had 2 options. keep the light and receive a 35% reduction OR Return it and pay the large postage fee. By that stage I felt they could not be trusted to admit they had received it un damaged. I was told when they received it back I would be reimbursed for the cost of the light minus the delivery charge. I felt that I could quite possibly finish up paying for the light, plus the delivery charge to me and the delivery charge return and still not have a light for my customer. I felt I had no choice but to accept it, as I could loose everything ! I considered escalating the complaint, but was informed that they may withdraw the offer if I took it further. So, I have a light that is not what at I ordered, that is not as advertised and it has still cost me approx £80. Therefore painting it is my only option. Fortunately, I am interior designer and I am able to do this. Other customers may not be able to do this. My customer by this stage reluctantly accepted that if I painted it, it would be ok. I have now brought it home to paint ! I received 35% reduction by PayPal. Customer service by Beautiful halo is diabolical. As they are a Chinese company they don’t adhere to British consumer laws. Think twice before you use this company. I will not buy from them again.

NEVER EVER use this company. I purchased some lights that were supposed to be shipped for delivery in 6 weeks. At 6 weeks I asked for an update/tracking, they gave me a Royal Mail tracking and nothing to do with the shipment and told me they would be 2-3 working days. 4 weeks of chasing nothing still has arrived, I asked if I could collect etc.. After raising a PayPal resolution they have refunded me minus the shipping, bear in mind I paid £32 for the shipping but actually they charged me £57 for this instead. AWFUL company. Clearly these were never shipped and this is how they make their money. Do NOT use.
