I ordered a 3XL 'Round Neck Loose Casual Slouch Jumper' to be baggy on me, as I usually wear a 2XL. The jumper was so small I could barely get it on. The communication regarding shipping was minimal and the delivery time was over a month. AVOID.
Dreadful customer service !. Ordered jacket, allowed 3 extra inches in size for chest. Delivery took 10 weeks. The jacket size was marked correctly but their size 'L' turned out to be size 's' here and I couldn't even get the jacket on, let alone do it up. You can return item but have to pay cost to China !. After much wrangling they offered a 30% discount and keep the jacket. I told them what to do with their discount !
this company is a SCAM. We bought an LED chandelier which blew out with a loud noise after a fee months and first they wont respond to emails, and then sight six month warranty policy. They sell junk, its a shame they are allowed to trade in US. BEWARE!!!!
The most shambolic traders ever. Ordered a coat 17/3/2022 advised for 10 days "order processing " 5 days later advised "out of stock" asked to choose something else which I declined to do. Requested a full refund, Sent 3 emails no response from them at all. Avoid them at all costs absolute pirates
This company is criminal! I ordered December 24th and never received product. Now they tell me first item is lost and they will ship 2nd item but they are too busy right now! I would not even give them one star as they are the ruination of Hong Kong and everything that was created there as an international shipping hub. Main land China is not ready to deal directly with the consumer world.

Like many others, I wish I had researched further into this company. I am still awaiting delivery of lights ordered a month ago and little support from their 'Customer Service' contact! Now looking elsewhere to purchase lights yet to be delivered
Lovely coat but too small... and so difficult to request a refund. Email after email asking what the problem is and asking for photos. Naw they have stated "Normally, we do not provide return service if we send the correct item." So, completely ignoring UK Consumer Contracts Regulation. Terrible customer service. Do not touch with a barge pole.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FIRM. They have now sent two light fittings (original and replacement) that do not work and are highly dangerous. They have refused to refund. I spent £600 on 30 November 2021 and am still arguing with them on 30 March 2022. A total scam of a company.

Ok I had issues with the Norwegian halo light fitting but fair play they sent me a replacement even after PayPal said they couldn't help me so yes it is worth buying from this company. Bit of a wait 4 weeks but now all ok
Ordered a light fitting In October asked for a full in December same old story we have already shipped ! I then received a new tracking e mail saying it had been shipped in January !! Still waiting for a refund

Just wish I read the reviews more carefully. Received a light fixture after a month with cut up, loose cables and they’re just refusing a refund. I’m trying to send it back but it’s like dealing with completely incompetent monkeys..
This is not an American company, but they're from China. I ordered a hoodie in early March and it still has not arrived. I cancelled the order and they told me that since it had "shipped," I could not cancel. The item did not ship, and despite the false tracking number that had no history when checked. After a go around with the company, I contacted PayPal with whom payment had been made. PayPal was more than helpful and refunded my money. If/when the item ever arrives, I'll refuse it and have it returned to sender. This company is a scam and tries to take your money. Thank goodness for PayPal. I've already ordered and received a similar item from Amazon with no hassle whatsoever.
Very disappointing. Its been 6weeks and no sign of my light. £150 later. I don't know why I chanced it. When I read the reviews they seemed mixed so I thought I wld give it a go coz I really liked the light. I have probably lost my money as communication is appalling with them and IF THE LIGHT EVER ARRIVES it will probably be awful. If u have money to burn and have all the time to wait then order from them otherwise DONT CHANCE IT. such a shame because some of the lights look amazing
Avoid at all costs. Goods come from China, there’s a no returns policy and they are really not interested in anything you have to say if there’s a problem with your order. This type of drop shipping practice needs immediate scrutiny by UK regulators - it breaches almost every consumer rights law we have here in the UK for our protection. Buyer beware.
An update to a previous recent review. We have been round the houses with this company and Mastercard. They sent an item that wasnt as advertised and then expected me to pay the return shipping. I had a pointless email exchange with them which was essentially: "Beautiful Halo should pay the return shipping because you sent me the wrong item", and the reply was "Customer pays, thats hows it works". Shipping would be around £100 probably as was a big light. The conversation went back and forth over and over again (Im not sure what motivated me to carry on actually) and they would not budge. Mastercard have resolved it in my favour but it was a massive pain in the neck DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
The quality of goods from this company are terrible. I ordered a dress, over a month to arrive, qulaity of the cut is poor. Contacted, did reply quickly but won't assist with returns. Also looks like from previous reviews if you do return they don't refund. Stay clear!!
Think I've been scammed. Tried to 'submit a ticket' to ask where my order is as it's been nearly a month now but the link does not work. Think I will need to try get money back through PayPal. Wish I looked at reviews on here first.
