This company is a scam. We ordered two expensive chandeliers and neither of them worked. We tried and tried to work things out and they refuse to refund the money or make it right in any way! Do not buy from this place of business. You would be throwing your money away. Terrible merchandise and company.
1 of 3 & 3 of 3 boxes arrived. No 2 of 3 with heavy base. Beautifulhalo insist I close PayPal case if they are to do anything at all. Also top of lamp arrived bent and twisted. A lot of money for incomplete rubbish.
Order a shirt as a birthday present took nearly two months to arrive, the quality is awful, in a way I'm glad it didn't arrive on time because I would be so embarrassed to give anyone such bad quality gift, Poundland does better quality clothing
I wanted to return a god awful pair of joggers and emailed on the 8th of Jan. No response...so contacted again on the 25th of Feb! O ly to be told they wouldn't do a refund even if I returned the item. Do not bother

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Waited weeks for delivery. Item poor quality and smelled really musty. Since smelling it 48 hours ago, my nose hasn't stopped running, been constantly sneezing and slightly sore throat. I asked to return it. They asked for photos and several emails later they have still not provided a return address, tell me I need to pay for shipping AND reshipping (when I already paid for delivery and insurance!)
2 weeks after purchase and my item still hasnt been shipped, beautifulhalo wont reply to my emails only replying once i got paypal involved asking me to drop the case, blaming covid and other excuses, this is totally unacceptable, i wish i had never got involved with them, i should have read all the reviews, future buyers beware and avoid this company
Horrible company. It’s been over a month, and there is still no shipping information from FedEx, despite beautiful halo claiming they shipped the light and refuse to issue a refund. Believe all of the bad reviews and save your money. Stay as far away from these scam artists as possible.
I ordered a denim waistcoat using the sizing chart on their website. What I didnt realise at the time I was dealing with a Chinese company. Since covid I try my best to avoid anything from China on a matter of principle. It eventually arrived and the garment was much too small, approximately 10cm smaller than they had stated. They asked for photos and measurements to prove that the garment as supplied was infact undersized. In the end there are no exchanges even if you prove they have not supplied the goods you expected. They offered me a 15% discount on the original price to buy another one. My advice is dont buy from these people. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I made my purchase. Luckily for me my purchase didnt cost much money.
This company sells lighting not as described. I paid £500 for some, 4ft what seemed to be lovely outside lighting, when they arrived they were 2ft and were definitely not suitable for outside usage, no backing on the product. The electrician couldn’t believe it was described as outside lighting. No refund, response’ 5% discount refund. Really avoid, the lights look lovely but there not, poor quality, bad service. And still fighting to get my money back, i am happy to send the products back with a pre postage label as they are not what i paid for. I am not going to pay for postage to china.
Terrible company ordered on 30 Jan, just been told today I won't get my item till March because they where on holiday for Chinese New year, complete rubbish, I've asked for refund as the item is now useless to me, so far no response

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, charged twice, had to fight for a refund of one payment, the item has still not been despatched, when contacting the company I was very rudely told to wait. I would not recommend this company and would advise to avoid, Very disappointed at the very poor customer service.
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their products are shipped from China. Item damaged but they will not give a refund. They will only refund if I send the damaged product back to China, but the cost of shipping is actually more than the product cost. I guess they know this. Customer service is awful. The item took over a month to arrive. Do not buy from this company.
Don’t use this company. I bought a light from them but contacted them prior to ordering to check the colour. I wanted silver when it arrived it was bronze. I was told I could return the light at my cost or have a refund of 5%. With some perseverance I managed to get 35% discount which wasn’t much when I had paid. £109. Companies like this should not be able to trade on the internet.
Dress was not as described - polyester rather than cotton. No refund offered, having to return at my own cost. PayPal won’t cover those charges of course so even with their protection this company has cost me over £10 in delivery charges.
I broke my cardinal rule of checking Trustpilot before placing an order!! The item is entirely NOT what we ordered and they are not willing to offer more than a 20% refund. Absolute joke!
I recently received an order for 4 wall lights [Tiffany style] but was so disappointed when they eventually arrived. The sconces and fittings were cheap and nasty, flimsy, weighing very little so no way would I want to have them installed in my hall. The shades, however, were fine but all in all the items were not worth what I had to pay. I contacted Customer Service and had a frustrating exchange where the most they would reimburse me for was 20%. I could understand that I might have to pay shipping costs but I could not understand why I should lose 80 % of the cost of goods which they would be able to sell on to another customer. I have never had such bad service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be ashamed of themselves.
We ordered a stag angle chandelier- sceptical and after paying £400 it arrived after around 16 days very well packaged and exactly as described thumbs up from me. No issues at all
Ordered a large size shirt 2415662- arrived many weeks later from Hong Kong ( no mention of company location on web site) - it measured 34" chest, no labelling of any kind, quality was the worst I've ever seen . Customer support -and their help info customer service was processed my refund very quickly when I contacted customer service. Thank you!
