Was willing to give this company a chance as the prices looked a little more reasonable in the sense that they were not suspiciously cheap, as some scam companies tend to be. I've learned a lesson, though, and will always seek out Trustpilot reviews from now on. I'm down £45 for a jacket and have launched a refund through Paypal. It's a dodgy company that uses photos from legitimate clothing and homeware brands.
Do not go near this company. I purchased 2 lights 1 was broken, Lots of emails later with them offering a small percent of a refund we notified them we were sending them back, Paid £78 to send them back via parcelhero, Just got an email from parcelhero to say lights are on their way back to me and they have taken £78 from our account to pay for this 😡😡😡😡😡😡 so we are down £350 So I advise no one use parcelhero either.
Misleading advertising for product - shirt looks nothing like what is modelled online. Different colours, fabric so thin you can see your hand through it. Can't even pass to a charity shop.
A shame I can't go lower than 1 star. The item they sent was not at all what was pictured or described, when I tried to open a ticket and explain this to them they said it was my "screen resolution that may cause the difference". I tried asking for a refund and they simply denied me. My guess is its a scam website and they do this often, avoid it
Absolutely appalling service took almost 5 weeks for delivery, item arrived way to late for event it was bought for, customer service are very patronising offering 10% refund 🤬refused to take my return request for full refund DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
Awful experience. Completely misleading when it comes to estimated delivery time. When talking to customer service online, I was told nothing could be done about my order not arriving. When I said I would leave a bad review about my experience they replied “have a good time”. Do not order from them!
I have brought a total of 5 ceiling lights from this company and have been really please with the quality and cost. The support service has always been prompt and helpful.
They Sent a dress so cheap that absolutely didn’t look like the picture advertised and they refused to refund me. Stay away it’s a scam.
I would not recommend this site to buy anything from. They are a joke. I purchased 1 item of clothing from them. The photo of the product was great but totally unlike this when the product arrived. Poor quality fabric and very overpriced for what I received. I have now spent over a month requesting a refund!! Still to no avail just keep on offering me discount off this product rising in increments with every email. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered garments that turned out way too small, contacted them and of all the ridiculous things to say, they said sizes in Asia are smaller than Europe. As I ordered 2 items both 43" chest I let them know that 43" is 43" anywhere in the world and ignored the pathetic refund offer. Got in touch with PayPal and had a full refund less than 24 hours later.
I would give less than one star if I could. Ordered a loose knit, khaki cardigan. What I received was a poorly printed abysmal garment. Looked nothing like the picture, didn't even match the items description. Offered a partial refund of 10% if I kept it, I said no so they increased it time and again and in the end said it's too expensive for me to return to them so I should accept 30% refund and sell the item on eBay to make the rest back?!?! All while refusing to actually give me the returns address. Even though they trade as though they are in the UK.
Disgusting customer service!! I ordered a denim jacket and the jacket they sent was NOT the one I ordered and paid for, the jacket they sent was garbage and of very inferior quality material, different colour, different buttons. different stitching and wrong sizing...when I notified them they said it was up to me to pay for returning the jacket. What a nerve to send the wrong and inferior jacket then expect me to pay for their error. PayPal fixed it up for me but buyer beware of this company, they will rob you.
Total scam. The lights took ages to arrive and when they did looked nothing like the photos. They're unusable and I can't get in touch with the company to return them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give it a minus10 I would. Ordered an expensive lamp. Took three months to come and looked very very cheap. Once I had unpacked all the parts there were two pieces of the lamp that had live naked wires exposed. I contacted the company and they said I had to connect the wires and put them back inside the lamp. I did this and it blew. Contacted company again to tell them the lamp wasn't working and after at least thirty emails they told me to record myself doing the wires again. I did as they said and got an electric shock. Even with video evidence they kept blaming me and refused to take the lamp back. They even suggested I sell it on Ebay. This company should not be allowed to sell anything. Worst customer care I've ever come across.
DO NOT BUY from these people be warned. The clothes are not fit for purpose. We ordered a 4XL and the jacket would not fit someone who is an XL. Save your money and go elsewhere these are a bunch of cowboys.
Was very skeptical after reading the reviews however so far so good. The ceiling lighting looks beautiful in our family room. Took quite a while to arrive but product is better than we imagined. Hopefully it won't blow!! Wish we could upload a photo.
Foolishly I also didn’t read reviews they won’t exchange, sending me rude emails, absolute disgrace, can’t believe I’ve been so silly, hey ho lesson learned, never again, stay away from this company total utter garbage and the quality is shocking,

Bought ceiling light wrong one sent after a few months waiting after loads of emails they replaced that took months when we got it all the box smashed in and the ceiling light in hundreds of bits. Emailed photos back not heard a word. Nearly £200 down drain.
It took a long time to receive but everything has been that way this year. The light is just as promised! The wiring is flimsy wish it was better quality but I would buy it again
