Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally appreciate the unique designs, comfortable natural materials, and wide variety of pleasant apparel choices available for daily wear. Many buyers frequently mention that their shipments arrive safely, accompanied by detailed tracking information that makes package monitoring very easy. However, some customers also noted recurring issues regarding poor product quality, incorrect sizing that failed to match descriptions, and significant delivery delays. People additionally experienced frustrating return processes and completely unhelpful support teams when attempting to resolve problems or secure refunds. Several reviewers expressed disappointment over items looking different from promotional photographs and experiencing unpleasant chemical odors upon arrival.

My request was acknowledged, but I have never received the address where I should return them. It has been about 10 days.
Sorry for your inconvenience. Our staff have sent the return address to your email, please check it.
I really liked the dress. I’d like keep buying from you. My only quesiton is if there is any chance of receving the merchandise faster; this parcel took 3 weeks to arrive.
I am pleased with my purchases. The sizing is pretty much as stated and your designs are fresh and interesting. I guess my biggest issue, would be pricing. I do believe your garments could be 15-20% less, but that may just be wishful thinking on my part.
I love these clothes. I feel like they were made for me. The one issue I had was returning. It’s not as easy as it seems, but the responses when I had questions were very helpful. My learning from this is to order correctly and carefully.
A beautiful jacket, fitted perfectly, and colour was as pictured. Shame the jacket is not lined, but doesn’t detract from the garment. I gave 4 stars as it took ages to come.
Your refund procedure is disgraceful, it’s just non-existent!
Hi, we have checked the records and we have refunded your money on March 24. You can check your account.
Recieved the wrong color. Too much trouble to send back so I will keep them. Otherwise I do like the pants.
Beautiful, stylish clothes!
Love my new hats. Material is over the top wonderful. Only reason for four stars is the e goth of time I had to wait for my items.
I received an email that the item was delivered but it was not
Hi, we checked that your package was delivered to the front door. Please take a look.
I think I will keep the top because I like the fabric and the fit. Even the sleeve length is perfect. I allocated you three stars because the print is much duller than the advertised image. I know it’s hard to get this right but it IS possible and worth the effort. It has put me off buying online from Asia
It has been 10 days since I ordered my parcel and I still have not received it.
I never got my items i orderd
JD0002231331910184 this is the tracking number of my item. It is still in transit and hasn't been updated since yesterday 9th March.I paid for 5-6 day delivery as I intend to wear the dress to my Fathers funeral, which luckily at a later date now. $16 for quicker delivery does not seem to work. This is most unfortunate as I have bought lots from you in the past and never had any problems.
The quality of the tee shirt is very poor. It’s thin you can see through it. It was not cheap but the quality of something you would buy in the cheapest shop It is also considerably shorter than it shows in the photos
Products arrived and fit was as expected. Had to find time to pick it up from the post office when it could have been left in a safe place at my house like every other delivery. Not easy to pick up from a post office when I work weekday in a town 30 minutes away. Clothing is good
Fast delivery. Good materials and well made. One item was a little smaller and different from what i expected from the pictures. Overall a good experience and will order again.
I was disappointed in the colour. Not as vibrant as online. But the usual good quality from Buykud. Still debating whether to send it back.
The back gapes open! Not sewn! Front is not balanced with the back so the neck ‘rides up! A pity as material is interesting
hello ,if quality problem pls feel free to contact us.
