A bunch of us are waiting for refunds, but that isn't happening. Buykud wrote a group email (with the recipients' personal email addresses for everyone to see) saying that they were having trouble with their bank and asked us for our Paypal account instead. This is completely unprofessional and likely illegal. There have been no responses from the company in 4 days.
The clothing is well styled and well made, but the customer service problems unfortunately override the positive features of the company.
They hounded me on Facebook for months and I finally succumbed and ordered four garments. The confirmation was partially in Chinese and awkwardly worded. I found then some pretty scary reviews on Trustpilot and could have kicked myself. One item wasn't in stock and according to site it would be shipped in 20 days. The three other items were, according to the site, to ship within 24 hours of payment. About a week went by and I sent an e-mail asking about delivery. The response was prompt and indicated that they were waiting to ship all of my items. When I indicated that this was not okay, they shipped the three in stock items right away. A button fell off a jacket as I was removing it from the bag. Otherwise, it's not the finest made clothing on the planet but I'm happy enough with my purchases and will wear all of the garments. I inquired about the remaining item and got the impression that this was going to be a while. They asked for a photo of the loose button and sent a very apologetic response and the offer of a free accessory by way of apology. They seem to be using translator software which I don't think works to their advantage. If what I have withstands a bit of wear and tear and the final item in my order arrives satisfactorily, I would consider ordering again.
They don’t even warrant one star. I live in England and I have to return the parcel to Spain at my own cost. The returns policy is awful it seems deliberate. There must be lots of people that just keep the item because they can’t be bothered returning it. Don’t buy from this supplier.
Worse experience ever. I feel someone should shut them down for good. Ordered 4 items on free shipping and received only 3 then was told to pay shipping if I want to receive my 4th item which they forgot to ship. W. T. F.

Buyer Beware. I ordered 3 items and2 arrived. After a month I sent 2 emails requesting a refund. The reply was to ask if I wanted a substitute. I answered no, that I wished to have a refund. Then I get an email that the item arrived. I sent an email saying that if the fabric was not 100% cotton as advertised I wanted a refund. Then I receive a email saying my item was shipped and it was too late to cancel and that the fabric was primarily polyester with cotton. I will NEVER order from this company again and I say BUYER BEWARE. This company is dishonest and far from ethical.

After 3 orders, I don't plan to order again. My main issue has been with the returns.
Order #1, I had one item to return. They explained that their local (USA) return facility was closed due to covid and said I could either pay a large amount to return it to the overseas facility, or keep the item and get a one-time discount on the next order. I took the discount.
Order #2, I had one item to return, but I delayed contacting them until just after the 30(?) day refund period expired. Why? Because I thought that the return facility was still not open and I didn't want to spend a load to return the item overseas. A few days after the window, I contacted them. They refused saying I was out of the timeframe. When I explained why I delayed, they disagreed that their return policy had been in a state of flux.

I have several items to return and followed the somewhat complicated protocol precisely.
Several weeks later, when I had not received the refund, I emailed them. They said that they had issued a refund and I should check my email. After combing and re-combing my email and then checking and re-checking my quicken records, I found no record of a refund. I emailed them again and said that I did not see it. Then they quickly issued the refund without even acknowledging the error on their part and the inconvenience it had caused me.
I then wanted to make sure that I had received the proper amount by looking back at my orders. The records of past orders does not provide enough info to this.
As for the clothes, they are indeed all unique and 3 of the items are quite cute, hence the 3 stars. But most of the items were problematic:
-Some of the pants have oddly tight waistbands. (Only one of 3 or 4 pairs fit.)
-Almost all of the tops are designed for flat-chested women.
-Fabric is often man-made (acrylic, etc.) rather than cotton/linen as branding suggests.
First time I tried my top on all buttons fell off I sewed them all on then 2nd time I tried it on all the button covers fell off.!!!!!I havnt worn it yes as I've got to glue the button covers in place now!!
My experiences with Buykud have been positive. I have ordered four times and purchased four items. I love the clothes; they are well made and are as described. It takes several weeks for orders to arrive to the US. This is only a minor inconvenience. Overall, I love the clothing this company offers.
I am an artist with a good sense of design, thus I’m greatly impressed with your wonderful creativity. On the other hand do a little headhunting a fine the best business manager you can. You’re loosing and missing customers because you tooooooooooooooooo slow and you don’t communicate. Right now I have a $60 credit with absolutely no idea how to apply it to a current purchase. I wish you much success, so show me how to spend my $60credit

I bought a dress - size M - but it was HUGE. I returned it in April - we are now at the end of May. I have proof of posting etc - but they will not reimburse me. Or answer my emails.

I've purchased 3 times on Buykud, for a total of 5 items ranging from linen shirts to cotton blouses to a knit sweater. The Good news is, every item was very cute and stylish. The other news is, they don't seem to bother with processing your order (or maybe they don't manufacture the item) unless and until you dispute payment with your credit card company. Then they lurch into action. It took 2 months and two credit card disputes to receive my orders in 2021. They have great styles and good quality product I just wish they would figure out their distribution kinks.
Very slow delivery despite payment for Express shipping
I have purchased many dresses from this company. I appreaciate those clothes but am more and more unhappy with the delivery and customer service. I have recently paid extra for express delivery for delivery between 3 and 5 days. It has now been 10 days. The company says international shipping is slow right now When tracking, I see that the shipment is in France, a country next to me but the package has not move from there since 6 May.

BEWARE: extra customs charges and long delay in shipment
The order has not arrived yet after 1 month from purchase (even having paid for an express delivery within 5 working days). On top of that, there are additional customs taxes to be paid by the buyer and not included in the price of the product which, for the quality of the materials, is already on the pricey side.
I would highli recommend you avoid the hassle and buy somewhere else.
Do NOT buy from this company. After I emailed them to complain about a nondelivery and asked for a refund, they suddenly and conveniently replied that it was now ready for shipment, and they gave me a tracking number. But the USPS tracking number turned out to be bogus! It should be a clue that they do not allow ANY comments about them or their products to appear in their Facebook ads. They have neither sent the product nor refunded me my money. They are a SCAM.
My experience with this company has been little short of a NIGHTMARE!! I ordered from them in May 2020! My order was delayed at customs so arrived much later than expected! They wanted me to pay the £40 tax and said they would reimburse me. I didn't pay but received my order from FedEx. I then received a bill around July 2020 from Fedex for over £85 which, when I contacted them, they said I would have to pay! I persistently emailed Buykud, as well as writing reviews on Facebook, and they eventually in August 2020 promised to pay the bill. I thought no more of it then, in February 2021, I received a demand from a debt collecting agency for this amount. Buykud had NOT honoured their promise!!! I was told by the agency that I had to pay it or risk prosecution!! I have sent over 100 emails to Buykud but have still not received the money and they now don't answer my emails.

- Have had multiple emails saying items are out of stock.
- Received one dress 6 April. Dress is poorly sewn with seams showing on the shoulders and sleeves
- Still have not received other dress. April 12.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.
Ordered three things in February. One arrived today 9 April, supposedly an oversized linen shirt. It is TINY. Absolutely TINY.
The two other items have not arrived yet and I know already I am going to be seriously disappointed and will have wasted $140 as all comments indicate getting a refund is impossible.😢
