With the quarantine, being stuck at home bored, I ordered lots of product. Six of the items looked ridiculous on me and I tried to return them. I emailed them many times to get a return address and label. This took forever. They claimed they never received my request. Not true. When they FINALLY responded they said the timeframe to return the clothing had passed. I could return the items to Australia or China at my expense. What a joke. After going back and forth they gave me a $75.00 credit. Six items of clothing is quite a bit more than $75.00. I'm in Texas. Why would I pack up the items, go to the post office or UPS and pay to return the package overseas. Duhh. I suggested to them they look at Anthropologies return procedures which is as smooth as it would possibly be. They aren't even pleasant to deal with. Now I'm stuck with 6 items which will most likely be donated to charity. I'll never purchase from Buykud again. This isn't a reputable way to run a retail company
It’s been months and nothing in my mailbox. Now I read the reviews! I would like to know one thing. Where are they getting the photos of the clothes they feature? Somebody is selling these! I wish I knew.
If I could give zero stars I would.... wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Scam company, clothes look nice on website but either don't receive or not what you ordered.
All the clothes I ordered are not perfect sizeEven with COVID-19 that seems long to me. Amazon and USPS are still getting products delivered faster than that. Regardless, I waited 3 weeks for my package but it never arrived. when it finally arrived it was nothing like in picture item appeared in two different materials and in faded awful color. I was trying to return this item back I went online and I found this help which is 8four five ᖴᵢᵥₑ ₜᗯₒ ₒₙₑ seven two four five THE company admitted their mistake and the customer team was outstanding and awesome in getting my return shipping and amount back I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA AT ALL! CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCTS feel it will not be long before you look for their site and it says page not found I probably will not order from your company again being this is the second issue I’ve had!

Should be named buyKrud. Would give zero stars, or less than zero if I could. This is nothing short of a criminal scam company. Imagine: a lovely, beautifully designed off-white linen oversized tunic. Then imagine waiting two months, being first ignored and then insulted by customer service
repeatedly and incomprehensibly, and then told that they already sent it---to an address in Holland! Told me I wrote my own address wrong, not their fault. Thank goodness for Amex chargebacks for fraud.
Now imagine another month passing only to find a squished and filthy envelope in the mailbox. Open it to find: a child's size small green floral print on plastic fabric so thin you could see through it, puffy sleeves, ruffles, unimaginably stupidly cheap and so ugly you wouldn't consider forcing anyone to wear it. Not even useful as a rag.
It looks like they steal photos of good clothes, get your money, and a quarter of a year later scrounge in a dumpster or abandoned warehouse for a nasty little shred of garbage to send to the wrong address. So sickening. Since then I always check to make sure I never buy anything from Instagram if it's a Chinese company.
I bought three items from Buykud. All looked beautiful in the photos but they are cheap copies of what you see online. The fabrics weren't good quality and the colours weren't even close to what was shown in the photos. For example, one looked a beautiful scarlet in the photo but was actually more like oxblood in reality. Also, two of the three items were enormous, far too big to wear (and I like loose clothes, which was one reason Buykud's styles appealed to me, at least in the photos.) Very disappointed.

I waited 2 months for my order after I had paid. The clothes finally arrived and were nothing like I had ordered. The picture for one dress was midi length linen dress and jacket - what did I get - mini-mini that doesn't even cover made from a thin poly blend - YUCK! They use photos of quality European clothing and make a very cheap and different version.I asked to return no response then I went on the social media and i found this helpful info 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇𝟢𝓈𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 seven6eight four zero one one I FINALLY SENT BACK THE WHOLE CHEAP LOOKING

I purchased a dress for myself then was sent the wrong one so I emailed the company, after several attempts and no response someone contacted me back to say they had sent me the dress I ordered I argued this and asked for a refund they agreed after a lot of emails and waiting, I then didn't receive all of the item refund, I said this item is not worn at all it has its tags on, I have the receipt so I don't know why you are not giving me the whole amount, they replied we have lost your details, I advised anyone not to purchase from them, they are happy to take your money but just don't want to give you it back in any case.
Do not buy from BuyKud it’s legit a scam. I ordered and paid for almost a month and they still haven’t shipped my order or update me even. Please save yourselves from this scam company.
Buykud do not reply to emails when you seek to return items. Clothing is very poor quality and you cannot get refunds - do not purchase anything from Buykud
Very bad customer service and out of pocket. The item arrived in good time. However, the item was too large so I needed to return it at my own expense. I have never recceived the money back despite sending them a large amount of emails/using the chat - requesting a refund and using their requested postal service. I have proof through the post office that it arrived at the warehouse but Buykud do not get back to me when I email them. Extremely poor service and now I am out of pocket with no item either.
They cheat you on fabrics prentending they are made of cotton and linen: pure polyesther and you are lucky if
some cloth contain a little bit of cotton.
Return is almost impossible.

This is a terrible company to deal with had to return an item eventually sent it back tracked by the post office they signed for it still waiting for refund of nearly 50usd this company should not be allowed to trade if they can’t honour refunds this is nearly 6weeks ago do not touch them
I ordered a top which was too small for me I loved the top,I contacted the company so I could send back got an email to say someone would be in touch still waiting,it’s the first company I know that doesn’t enclose any documents so you can return the item,they must have a depot in uk as the parcel came very quickly,it doesn’t inspire confidence at getting a refund and also don’t really want to order anything else. I just received my order, 2nd order that i've made from Buykud (1st was a pair of shoes that i still love 2 years later). But it was my first experience with their clothing. I was careful to only order things that I thought would look nice if oversized, and i'm pretty thrilled with the bounty i received today! 2 cute sweaters, a bunch of socks, and a cool coat that will require some minor tailoring because it's big in the back. Of course the model's clothing has also been tailored to fit them, so this should not be a surprise to anyone!
If there were minus stars that is what I would give. The worst customer service. Passive aggressive customer service. No response customer service. Feels like a scam. The pants I ordered are terrible!! Unwearable! I will never ever purchase from them again. I feel like I threw 50 bucks down the toilet
