I purchased the grey canvas cross-body…
I purchased the grey canvas cross-body bag with leather strap eight months. Then the zipper on the outside--for a pocket where I kept my keys and pens, just a few things I wanted instant access to--broke. That pocket is now essentially unusable. I have contacted Buykud twice about this problem but received zero response. The bag came to about $75 U.S. with shipping, so it wasn't super cheap.
I received my order
I received my order, It did take a lot longer than it should have but luckily it fit. they don't ever answer any e-mails or chat questions. I would like the prices to be a little cheaper or not to pay in full until received as it is quite patchy on if you get your product or not.

You’re a lucky customer if what you ordered finally arrived after a month and it fits, but if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it then tough, you’ll get no response from them, the chat is non existent ( in my case anyway) emails not answered, I agree with another reviewer, the good ones are fake, really don’t bother buying from these people
Happy with my purchases…
I’ve now ordered 5 items from this company and have been pleased with all purchases. All have arrived in decent time, although I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5 in part because the time can be variable. I think it’s key to look very closely at the photos, recognize the models are tiny, and read the specifications. Some articles are designed to be oversized. Also, there’s linen and there’s linen - their linen may not be the same quality you’d get at an upscale store. But I’ve found all items true to description and really appreciate the comfort and variety on offer. A couple of their dresses are new favourites. So far I’ve had no reason to deal with customer service so I can’t comment on that.

I have had the same experience as many others who have reported this company here on Trustpilot. They shipped an item that bore no resemblance to what I ordered and are now trying to engage me in the same unworkable process as described by others taken in by these fraudsters.
Fraudulent advertising
I ordered and paid for a pair of mens trousers made of hemp. The product was clearly advertised as Men's Hemp trousers. When they arrived yesterday July 11th they were of thin 100% cotton. I have requested a refund and opened a case with PayPal.

I have a couple of friends who have ordered from this site and they both said they liked it so I took a chance. I dipped my toe in the water and ordered one top. It arrived on time and was like the picture. The material it is made out of is linen and good for summer but not flimsy. The sewing is excellent and the fit is what I expected. I'll order from them again.
Buycud, good and bad
So far I have ordered 3 items from buycud. 2 I have already received and 1 ordered today. I was very happy with the sweater and the scallop bottom wide leg jeans. I had to have the jeans let out in the waist but I knew that when I ordered. Which comes to my only complaint. Too many things are one size only(free size). There are lots of pieces I like but when I look at the size chart I don’t bother because I know they won’t fit and there is no larger size.
Unwanted ads …
the site forced me to put one star when I would have preferred no star. I was attracted by the ads for this company and completed an online order form but as soon as I discovered it was a Chinese company I did not proceed as I have had such bad experience with these companies before .There are often problems with delivery and customs costs. It costs a fortune to return anything and the clothes are often very shoddy , poorly made and always very small. Ever since then I have been plagued by pop up ads which appear on my screen in the middle of whatever else I am doing including zoom calls covering up whatever else is on my screen. There is no way of closing them down other than by clicking on and being directed to the website. I have complained to customer service who variously blame the ad company or google but basically seem to suggest they have no control over their own advertising material about which they say there is nothing they can do. This is yet another problem of dealing with companies who are not based in Europe.

The clothes of buykud look big in size as they probably are photographed on asian Small size women. I am a tall European and I ordered a pair of ”Extra large” size long pants. The XL-pants hardly reached my knees in length! I think they Kravets the head of the models out of the pictures just to make one believe They are they are of western size!!!!
BEWARE
Such a shame as some of their clothes are great, but.... some bear no resemblance to what you actually get usually low quality material or sizing is completely out. I ordered a dress cost me £50 (not cheap at all) when it came the material was paper thin and the garment ripped when I first wore it. Trying to return it was ridiculous. they asked me to send them a photograph, then although they said they had a UK return address said i needed to return it to China - postage cost me £13 as they also stated it needed to be tracked. After a couple of weeks still no reply. Luckily i paid for it by PayPal who chased up my complaint, the tracking company said the could not deliver to the address in China. I received a part refund plus out of pocket of £13 postage. Horrible experience took months of ups and downs. Very bad company their clothing prices are high better to stick to companies in your own country. China does not like to give refunds and the pictures do not always represent what you get. BEWARE

So I am now over a month in after receiving an item which bore very little resemblance to the online photo. The sizing was completely off - anyway I followed the instructions for returns. I have signed proof that they did receive the item and they agree that they received it and would refund. No refund - zero customer services communication. Zero. I have emailed and messaged and raised and escalated a PayPal dispute - still no response from them. Nothing. Disgusted! I am going next to the ombudsman and will NOT drop this as a matter of principle. I have proof that you have the returned item. Your practise is immoral. Buyer beware!!!

I have had great experiences with BUYKUD, the clothing is as shown, the sizes are small (China) so order up, and returns are not an option, but customer service has been excellent, and I like the quiky style.
Better than expected!
I ordered with some trepidation, after reading negative reviews. But my experience was positive. I got an order confirmation email immediately and received the dress within a few days (from a UK depot). The dress is a slightly more lightweight cotton/ linen mix than I hoped, but otherwise matches the description and photos on the website very well. The sizing is a bit large, but that's fine for the style. And I do love the style. Based on this experience I would order again.
Beware of Duty charge in Canada
I've purchased some really nice clothes, however I was unaware that I would then receive a bill from CBSA for a large duty charge. I think people in Canada should be aware of that.
Not in stock, Good communication
I was told the item I ordered was not in stock and was offered refund or choosing different item. Contact with this firm was excellent and they replied within a few hours. I eventually saw another item very similar to mine advertised so I said I would accept that. My coat was then delivered very quickly. It was in one way not exactly like either of the two items I had seen, it had fringing on the bottom that was different and which I customized to my taste. I have ended up with a coat I like. Good communication with this firm throughout but pity they did not have in stock at that moment the coat I had seen advertised that day. I would use them again however if something else caught my eye.

Love the clothing styles and they look wonderful on my just over 5ft friend. I on the other hand, being close to a foot taller! Well 'tis a no go for most of the garments. Just too too short everwhere. The Asian models are all around my friends size
