I bought several items from this company. The quality was good. They also responded to my request to return one item. The problem is that the cost of return was greater than the cost of the item so returning is not really an option. They should make customers aware of that in the description section of the item. I wanted to change immediately, in the next hour, the size of one item but nobody was answering to my repeated emails and messages, so the item has been sent with wrong size. After one week I received an email with excuses for not reading my messages in time and an offer of discount or free shipment for a next delivery which I somehow appreciate. Overall I don't think to repeat the experience, because: -no communication at all, no answers on messenger, late answer on e-mail, no working tracking -cheapest products with lower quality then presented on the site, with no label assuming the fabric or the maintenance and no guarantee of being silk or linen or cashmere as presented only online -additional impressive cost for Europe: 43% for import taxes, VAT and DHL commission (in Romania), with no clear warning about it However I had no delay in receiving all the goods I have ordered.
I bought a pair of loose pants from buykud and was very disappointed by what I received .The model on the website wore a pair which had more fabric and looked a lot looser than the one I received. My guess is that their model don't actually wear the exact model that they sell. Shame!
By far the most comfortable clothes I have found online. Generously cut, well finished. Casual style, mostly cotton, linen or wool, often thick sturdy fabric. Sometimes soft and floaty. Always have pockets (essential for me). The stitching is excellent. You get what they show in the photos. The "English" descriptions are interesting if not downright hilarious. Some people might like more literal translations from Chinese, but I think it's part of the fun....! I hate clothes shopping, but Buykud makes it easy.

Well...I ordered before I read the review. For 36 pounds cotton linen dress, I don't expect much as in my country (Indonesia) I usually bought linen dress for around 50GBP. Then the confirmation email with delivery notification came. I tried to track my parcel but it seems they gave the wrong information. Then, I just tried to forget my order, not expecting anything, I imagined that the dress would be awful. After a week my parcel arrived. I opened it and the dress is okay although it was not made from the best quality linen. But it's okay. It suits me well, quite comfortable. The stitch is fine.
“Great dessins and dresses but.....” Buykud makes great dresses in wonderful dessins for women like me, a bit overweight. I have bought about 8 of them till now and they all fitted great, and they wear lovely. But.....if you want to try to send something back. The instructions are absolutely vague and I didn't do it at the end. They say they have made arrangements so you don't have to pay taxes, but I got an invoice for VAT once (in three orders). Communication is rather difficult, on messenger in Facebook they do answer, but sometimes it takes some time...
A friend and I placed a joint order. The clothes took quite a few weeks to arrive; I liked one item which I'm keeping but the coat did not hang well at all and didn't fit either of us well. The period allowed for returns is so small that we have missed it (my friend moved house between placing the order and it arriving!). I won't be ordering again mainly because it seems impossible to return anything and get a refund on unsuitable items. Clothes I got were good quality and had clearly been photographed well. I love the coat (though might have to add buttons at some point as it has none - shown, BTW, in their pictures) and the dress is probably a bit long as I am not as tall as their model. But I'll still wear it. Have to say, after having seen all their bad reviews, I gave them a bit of a hard time over FB when I didn't get the clothes as quickly as I thought I would, but they remained polite and I got them after three weeks. You need to be careful with the sizing, as much of their stuff seems to be 'one size' - if you're tall (I'm 5"2) taller than me, anyway, I'd say go ahead. Quality IS good, just takes some time to get them! We've all been spoilt by Amazon prime delivery these days and perhaps it's easy to forget that sometimes, stuff can take a bit longer than that.

Read the size guides very carefully. I got the size I expected but I needed to study the size guide. I did not try to return anything so I can't comment on this. If you order carefully will hopefully be ok. Many of their styles are intended to be very loose and baggy.
