With short notice we purchased 2 brides maid dresses and told the company the date of our wedding was sept 4. Date of arrival was to be Aug 21st and the dresses cause Aug 14th. They fit both ladies perfectly, the colour was just as it was in the picture, the quality was amazing and they looks just as the seller presented them on the website! I highly recommend them for anyones wedding occasion.

The dress was perfect, everything fit perfectly and I just had to cut the lower part in order to make it work for me. I ordered from Spain and it got here in less than a month, even before the official arrival date they gave me. I'm so happy with it, it was completely perfect but you have to know that it'll come probably too long and you'll have to get it with enough time in order to make it your length size.
I loved wearing this dress! The color was exactly what I wanted and needed and this is not an easy color to find in my experience. The fabric's quality and the dress's artistry are of excellent quality. It was beautiful and comfortable and I could eat all I wanted at my best friend's wedding because it still fitted after many dishes haha :D I got so many compliments and a lot of people asked me where I bought it and I had no doubts about recommending them Cicinia. I ordered a custom size and it fitted perfectly. The shipping took almost one month more than expected though so make sure you order in advance and with some time to spare. Nevertheless, I could track exactly where my dress was at all times, received several emails about it and customer service was excellent.

The swatch was a good size, but it was one layer of chiffon without a lining, making it difficult to know what an actual dress of that color would look like.

I had to get the dress altered. It's pretty, but the custom sizing didn't quite work out. Also the pleating work was not done well. I may be altering that in future as well.

Honestly, the dress that I received is supper unflattering. The placement of the cinched in waist isn't where the waist is. It's right under the chest, so it gives you the appearance that you are fat when you aren't and the bust is completely made of tool with no shape so you look like you have a huge uni boob. Looks like the photo in theory like buying from Wish lol. Anyways, this isn't even the worst part. I tried to return and MAYBE get another dress, only to find out these come from China. This company doesn't give you return labels, which would have been discounted because companies have accounts with postal services and they don't have a sister company that you can ship to. They were trying to charge me $230 to return. So now I am out of pocket and stuck with an expensive crappy ugly dress. And on top of this they want to charge you a %10 restocking fee lol. What a joke. Y'all have literally trapped people into buying your dress in the event that we don't want it and you still make your money bc it cost almost double the dress to ship it and %10 to literally hang it up. Save your money. Don't buy from these China companies. The dress isn't even worth what I paid.

I regret ordering from here now. Ordered a bridesmaid dress after reading some positive reviews however my experience so far has been far from positive. 1. I received an email after placing an order asking me to provide my measurements. I guess they don’t count on customers reading their terms because I knew that if the dress was customised, I wouldn’t be able to return it for a refund so I politely declined. 2. Shipping was slow - took over a month to arrive, later than the date I requested. The DHL tracking number that appeared in the Shop app was invalid. I received the dress 4 days ago but the status is still showing ‘Shipped’. I sent an email last week (on the day I was supposed to receive the dress) requesting confirmation on the tracking number but noone responded to my email. 3. Return process is ridiculous. They require you to send photos of the dress as part of their return requirements. I sent 2 photos thinking nothing of it. Silence for a couple of days until I followed up and was asked if I sent a photo of the correct dress, despite one of the photos being the dress folded up in the Cicinia bag??? So I sent more photos of the dress again today on a white background so they can clearly see the colour of the dress to confirm it is in fact the dress they sent me and not the exact same dress in a different colour from a different store *insert sarcasm here*. If I do not receive a response within a week, I will be disputing the transaction with my bank

I received extremely good support, help and flexibility including all suggestions about how to take the measures, define size etc. So we customize the dress to me, if i would order just the size it would be about 7 cm too long.(original lenght is 150cm). I am 168cm tall and the dress is 143cm, but comes to the floor and i wear heel. A big thanks to Yollanda. I appreciate very much all help Very fast reaction time on everything. I changed the model after i already ordered, and it was no problem, actually the new model was cheaper, I received back the refund in 3 days. Unbelievable fast servis. I received the information about steps in production and delivery and it was unexpected fast. I received dress 2 weeks before it was planned. The quality is good, very well done. The one thing which i miss a bit is the product label on the dress (or could be added to the dress in package), is the information about material, the size and how to take care (wash) the dress. I am really satisfied with the dress, colour, creation. Fits to me like second skin. Definitely worthy to be trusted. ❤️

Cicinia.co.uk have an excellent range of dress styles and colours at a good price, which was very good for me because nice dresses in our colours were difficult to find, and my bridesmaids have different body sizes, shapes and style preferences so finding something to suit all of them was tricky. My orders were dispatched well before their due dates and the custom sizes are exact and only need minor tweaks (due to bra cups being too large for the smaller chested ladies). 4/5 stars because shipping prices were fairly steep (21.99 to ship two dresses, and 5.99 for a small envelope of fabric swatches??) and this is not communicated clearly prior to the payment page.
Before I was worried to order the dress online, but I had a very good experience with the customer service, the answers was very fast. Those dresses was ordered for my bridesmaids, the shipping was about 3 weeks or less ( am in Canada) ! The dress was everything that they said on the website, the color was the same! I couldn’t have better dresses for my bridesmaids!
I liked the material a lot. The lavender purple color is gorgeous. Be careful about ordering custom sizes for smaller people because the boob cups are still the normal size (not custom made). This is just what I observed in my experience with buying a bridesmaids dress for my younger sister. It takes a while to ship, but I think the style of dress was super flattering.
Shipping was quick once I got measurements done. Took about a month 1/2 which was quick considering where it’s coming from. When emailing them they were always very quick and happy to help. Quality was very nice and was true to the color. I will definitely be buying dresses here again in the future :)
