I would definitely recommend measuring and not just going by your normal size. All my bridesmaids have gone up in sizes. I will be back to buy more.

My fiancée has received a bridesmaids dress from them that is faulty and they are refusing to solve the issue.
We’re getting married in less than a month and when we try to call the customer services the call just disconnects and the social media and email just keep fobbing us off.
We did try posting this on their Facebook but they deleted the post. They’re a very shady company indeed.
It has been FAR from good customer service.

Customer service is always so helpful. Ordered swatches for my upcoming wedding. They came quickly. Plenty of variety for colors to choose from and the option to custom color is what I like the most. I will be placing an order soon for all my bridesmaid dresses.

I ordered a replacement bridesmaid dress as I didn’t check the measurements of the standard sizing (this is a must!). The custom sizing was made very quickly and fits perfectly, taking all the stress out of sorting the replacement! The quality of the material and the designs are lovely and I feel great wearing it.

Cicinia had amazing customer service. I was skeptical as first as they didn’t have a phone number for customer service and their facebook page seemed new. I even emailed Here Comes the Guide to confirm the award was legit. I didn’t want my bridesmaids to order a dress that did not look like the pictures or not get their dress. I was happy when I emailed Cicinia customer service and they communicated promptly the steps needed to have all the girls order their dresses so they could be cut together. They all received their dresses in a timely manner and faster than expected. Their customer service was fantastic at communicating with the steps of the dress cutting and shipment.
When two of the bridesmaids that ordered dresses and weren’t able to attend due to weather traveling restrictions they were accommodating and sent their deepest apologies.
The dress that we ordered had an embellishment on it. Not sure what happened but it came off of one of the girls dresses. The other dresses it was fine.

I was initially nervous ordering from this website as it seemed too good to be true. Ordered my bridesmaids’ dresses and I’m blown away with the quality. Dresses are fully lined, the ones I ordered have cups sewn in and a structured bodice. Look far more expensive than they are! I also did a couple of returns where I had to pay to return them to China - this made me a little nervous too but it went smoothly and I received the partial refund that they had promised. If I were to do it again, I would try avoid returning as you don’t get 100% of the costs back and pay the postage to China.
Would highly recommend to anyone! Great quality dresses.

It was stress free from the beginning . i needed to order 9 bridesmaids dresses , all different shapes and sizes .
They kept in contact with me via email the whole way through . The dresses came within a month of ordering them!

I ordered three bridesmaids dresses at a reasonable cost. One was custom measurements due to pregnancy and two were standard sizes. The custom measured and one of the standard sized dresses were pretty much perfect in size and fit, one dress was slightly wrong in size so we ordered another one which was perfect. The one that was the wrong size was sent back for a partial refund. They responded to any emails quickly. I would use them again.

I was a little worried ordering from this site at first, however, I had a really great experience.
The dresses were lovely and a great quality. They came quicker than expected and I had great communication from the company.
Ordered three dresses for my wedding but was advised when ordering that I need to change sizes accordingly to the measurements given from bridesmaids
When they arrived all were too big. But on confirmation when I tried to return them they advised me they will reimburse me be for any alterations depending on the price of the dress.
Several months later I sent the invoice and received my full reimbursement within 24 hours 😃
