Hello! Apologies we are a bit confused as we have no record of you trying to contact us for a return. Also, that is not the case either. When it comes to returns you do need to cover return shipping cost as mentioned in our FAQ below, but if the bag has already full expended we have alternative options such as returning just the cover, keeping it for a discount and we can even help you with the issue at hand to avoid a return altogether!
