My experience with css have been decent, their price point for shipping is awesome and budget friendly. They do lack certain things when it comes to services, but overall I am satisfied with their service.

So, I've been using this agent since some time, over 200 shipped packages, overall it's pretty professional & relatively cheap. New redesign broke some elements on site, not critical but now instead of 1 click to track package I need to click on delivery method, then on tracking

Fast and effective customer service

Fast and effective customer service, orders are a bit slow sometimes and purchasing agents get a little confused sometimes. Overall pretty good! One of the cheapest taobao agents as well :)

Great App and Site

This is one of the best agent buyers due to its app where it was quite easy to go around. There is a support that can help if needed. Agents can help if needed. Missing the star due to some minor fixes needed such as the app bugging sometimes and some fees incurred

Best Agent

Superfast with getting my order to the warehouse, the first time using their site is very simple and they just updated their UI to make it more simple. Definitely, a solid agent and I look forward to my last 3 items hitting the warehouse so I can ship them out for the first time.

It's fine

It's fine, they are cheap and got SAL, the discord is decent and support is mostly acceptable. They rarely make mistakes, but if they make one it will be a big one (wich they mostly compensate). SAL is goated.

Cheaper than most agents, needs some improvement though.

shipped out 2 parcels so far, and compared to the agent i used before moving to cssbuy, the shipping was faster and i got more value for my money, they have a fast shipping line to my country compared to other agents that dont have this option and who also charge more to ship using the standard EUB line. both of my parcels arrived in 2 weeks exactly to my pickup point, and were not really expensive at all. however, with all those pros there are some cons, especially the agent taking more time to order my stuff compared to other agents, and the site being a bit buggy which needs some improvement. support team is useful, some quick support is available too on their discord server.

Sligthly less expensive than other agents (and a lot cheaper than others, to be fair), but in my opinion the worst one as well. Taking up days to buy items, mixing up orders, shipping wrong packages to you, customer service being extremely slow and rarely worth your time, UNUSABLE website (sometimes doesn't even load). Yeah, you're probably saving up a couple bucks, but to be fair, this ain't it chief.
