I ordered a Latexcatsuit and got PVC…

I ordered a Latexcatsuit and got PVC catsuit , although the pictures and the describtion says Latex. The seller (tamasine8) doesn't understand the difference. Also i explained him several times. Finally he didnt even tried to solce the problem and always gave the same answere. I guess the seller os a scammer. Furthermore the size and design was wrong. Had to open a dispute and only got half the refund after 1 month. The costumer Service asked for more evidence i sent them pictures and because the dispute system is buggy i had to do that several Times. They didn't noticed the main issues so. Do i have to sent them a Probe, because the smell was awefull? I even sent them a picture of a real latex piece....

This site is a joke they don’t post the reviews that are negative only the positive ones.They sent me a jersey that the colors don’t even match. They wouldn’t take a refund and they only gave me seven dollars back. Avoid the seller absolutely horrible. And yes I went through all your steps and got 7 bucks backs 😡 🖕

DHgate closed dispute and demanded I pay £35+ return shipping to China for seller's mistake. Buyer protection is fake - buyer pays for seller errors. Forced to do Barclays chargeback. Don't get scammed

Platform filled with scammers, dhgate support are useless. I was sent a broken item I had video evidence but dhgate sided with the seller and closed my dispute. Avoid at all costs, use Aliexpress if you don't want to be scammed.

Absolute joke.. any time I try and message even ‘hello’ it says ‘a violation has been noticed in my message’ so can’t message anyone and trying to get in touch with dhgate to sort it is near impossible!!! Then trying to get a refund for an item after I have sent evidence they shut the case and paid the seller saying evidence is insufficient!! Will not be using again

Awful sellers on here who refuse to send orders. I order 200 badges and the seller told they weren’t sending that many. They told they would send 2 and then when threatened to be reported they upped it to 8. I contacted DHgate help who did absolutely nothing. Wouldn’t cancel the transaction or anything. Beware sellers on here are allowed to just send anything rather than the items and quantity of items you actually ordered and they’ll do nothing to help you. Reporting sellers is only an option if they try and sell outside the platform. Essentially, DHgate only have an issue when they aren’t profiting off the scammers.

Dont buy in this site. I buy two shirts for my son and are too small and they dont wanted me returned. Only if I paid the shipping that is more than the cost of the shirts. I do a dispute buy they dont do it nothing. Bad service

Avoid dhgate

Avoid. They let sellers take your money and don't send items and do nothing about it. The customer service has gone down hull rapidly. Order from elsewhere

Don't buy from this site

Based on my experience with this site, I advise against buying products from them. I ordered a pair of sneakers that arrived with the soles coming apart after 28 days. Buyer protection is virtually non-existent; the process for returning a defective item and getting a refund is extremely difficult and costly. Even after asking the site for assistance, the only solution offered was a refund of $17.59 out of the total $58.80 paid ($32.50 for the product and $38.30 for shipping). Ultimately, the buyer is the only one who loses out—left with a product you will never use and having paid the money.

Poor seller customer service and lies about quick delivery

321998791577 is order number the company I ordered from on DH gate are called adannitty They promise quick shipping but obviously Just to get you to order from them nearly 5 days now my item still not been shipped have asked the seller 4 times now about it getting shipped still waiting hopefully DH gate see this review and contact the seller on my behalf I have raised a ticket on DH gate about this contacted customer service there are many good sellers on DH gate but sadly this sellers customer service is poor in my opinion and I hope DH gate contact me or contact the seller about this as it really puts you off using DH gate

I would not buy of DHgate because they were scam you it was then say they'll send you a barcel out and they're not sudden it says back to the seller then there will not the shadow would not refund you they were lie the seller says there will ship castle will not ship the parcel out and seller then goes and ships to parcel out in some reason and then the parcel then gets returned back to the seller and then all of a sudden they're never refund me I was kept speaking to online chat so absolutely useless there will not go me off the off and then when I tell them in a scam just couldn't be chat off and this is what she is like they will scampi people do not buy from this company

Soo pathetic Service and Sellers are too arrogant. Avoid the seller named "bei02". I wait for my order for almost 12 days and when the time is come for tracking they cancelled my Order. I'm attaching the screenshot for seller Page. Avoid DHgate for any product buying. Their Customer is also very slow and not come with any solution.

Horrible experience while ordering a dress came a week late to small even tho i sent the size to myohmydress she keeps repeating her self. wont let me return the dress or even give me a refund. keeps saying close credit back when ive sent her that itz been closed. costumer service is shocking. still going 2 months later?

I’ve never had a problem with DHGate

I’ve never had a problem with DHGate - just make sure you check all the reviews before buying and look at all the reviews WITH photos. If there aren’t multiple photos on the review page of the item I’m looking at I will usually give it a miss.
