Unreliable and no response to support requests

Stay away from this company, they will not respond to multiple cancellation requests ( just minutes after ordering) nor will they respond to any support request later on.

EVALUATION

The translation to English is not stable. The viewer has to ask for it every time he changes page and, when in the "My orders" page, the click on the translate button turns the whole effort out, by returning the screen to the initial page of the e-fox site. That makes the searching procedure a little annoying and sometimes the customer has to give up.

Ich habe nun schon zum 2. Mal beim Efox-Shop ein Smartphone bestellt und bin auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht worden. Günstige Preise, optionale Bezahl- und Versandmethoden. Auch der Kundenservice ist freundlich und immer bemüht auch die kleinsten Probleme aus der Welt zu schaffen. Ich habe mir nun das LeEco LETV LE MAX 2 bestellt, als Versandoption German Express gewählt. Hier dauert der Versand etwas länger, kostet aber auch keine Zollgebühren etc. Das Smartphone wird gut verpackt (Luftpolsterumschläge!) losgeschickt. Auch hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Rückgaberecht, bzw. Reparatur der Ware laut AGB's. Dies ist natürlich ein Manko/Risiko aber auch hier wurde ich noch nie enttäuscht! Wer also günstige Smartphones oder andere Multmediageräte kaufen möchte, dem kann ich Efox-Shop.com nur empfehlen! Favorable prices, optional payment and shipping methods. Also the customer service is friendly and always tries also to create the smallest problems from the world. I now ordered the LeEco LETV LE MAX 2, selected as the shipping option German Express. Here the shipping takes a little longer, but also does not charge any customs fees etc. The smartphone is packed well (air cushion covers!). Again, there is nothing to complain about. Return or repair of the goods according to the AGBs. This is of course a shortcoming / risk but also here I have never been disappointed! So if you want to buy cheap smartphones or other multi-media devices, I can recommend Efox-Shop.com! Top Shop! =)

Got No working phone, bad service

Got verry fast my bv 6000, it was not working properly After shipping back, paid for that, shipping new one, a lot of misunderstanding communication, i need to pay again for shipping cost. After all that my phone work now, but it was so frustrating and long waiting, and i paid extra 30 euro die the shipping costs. Not so happy costumer

Aftersales NONEXISTENT!!!

A phone bought from efox-shop (Elephone S3) turns out to have CRAPPY FIRMWARE. As a result the apps that are the main reason to use a smartphone. (WhattsApp and several other apps) do not work!! Communication about this problem is virtually impossible. Both efox-shop.com and Elephone do not acknowledge the problem, and communication is a BIG PROBLEM, because of limited language skills and defect email-servers. I HAVE HAD IT!!!!!

The received phone was not working. After sending it back(and communicating the problem) I received a working one - but without accessories.

The product arrived in 6 days, from eu warehouse. However, to shipping data, I could get information when asked. I think this should be improved. The table is not completely understood.The product meets the description. After the purchase, I received multiple updates to it. Unfortunately,only few accessories can be bought .

All items arrived quick and safe, comunication sometimes not easy. Bought some mobile phones and the all worked great, no i try to contact than for a warranty problem, but no answer? email couldn't deliver ???
