I am waiting for two weeks without any respond

Delivery and product were good, customer service not at all

Delivery was quite on time even though its was Chinese new year, so kudos for that. Plus the product itself is just A+ so nothing to say here. But customer service was not satisfactory. I get that it's not your job to be nice and that mistakes I made during ordering aren't always reversible. But for time-sensitive issues, replues from customer service were very late (had to wait at least 7 days for a reply), and were just generally a bit mean and resentful. Sorry

Never again!

Long delivery time. Very poor email service (no answers to the questions). Shipping costs much higher as original shipping method suddenly was not available any more. Shipped out order without any regards to my wishes. Never again!

The phone was defekt and the return send to china is very complicated. but for the cheap price it's ok

Bad service! No more!

Bad service with a defect phone. Too long reactions and bad offers for a replacement. The original device has an inbuild defect by design and Efox didn't believe that. Loss of about 100 Euros between defect device and replacement device! It was the last time I ordered at Efox!

Very Very Bad - nie wieder - never again

I bought a phone (zuk z2 pro) from the EU-Warehouse. The first days nothing changed, the order status stayed on "Prepairing". So i wrote some E-Mail with a man called Wen.He answered that the phone is out of stock and offered me to change the color or to flip to spedtion from china. But I all turned it down, because the price of the offered items is lower than what I paid. So he promitted me a full refund within ten days(Why ten days...to refund 400€?!?!?!?). Ok, I waited ten days...and NO they more. Ten days are over now, and of course did nothing happen. Never again!!!! Nie wieder Habe mir das Zuk Z2 Pro gekauft. Nach drei Tagen stand der Bestellugsstatus immer noch auf "Prepairing". Ich erkundigte mich und erfuhr, dass das Telefon nicht mehr vorrätig ist(!!kein deutscher Service). Mir wurde angeboten, die Farbe zu wechseln oder aus China versendet zu kaufen. Ich nahm kein Angebot an, da alle Angebotenen Möglichkeiten billiger waren. Also sollte das Geld innerhalb von 10 Tagen(!!!!!warum?!?!) ersetzt werden. 10 Tage sind um, natürlich kein Geld weit und breit. *englisch ist nur damits der Efox Service auch versteht:) Nie Nie wieder

Next time no efox anymore for me

I always ordered from german stock (five phones now) always no problem but currently i have found them to be unreliable. It seems that after + one month no tracking information is avialable and after inquiry i get a response concerning tax. I really do not mind paying tax but then a phone should be avialable at my door. Paying additional cost when nothing is delivered is plain stupid. At the moment i have paid 230 euros for nothing. So i would say steer clear from them especially when ordering from china (my first time with them buying straight from china). Aliexpress has better communication and better service at least you also have buyer protection whereas i may have nothing. So i would say learn from my mistake.... Update 21- 3 -2017 After several emails the package was send through dhl germany. As i stated i do not mind paying taxes but then something should be deli ered. I payed taxes 65 euro (btw + handling fee 15 euro) to dhl. It was send with dhl express ( so 4 days transfer). A shame that first you have to wait for 1 month. In short when u order from china you can expect that u will finally end up with dhl and a lot of pointless communication and frustration. ( unless u choose dhl express delivery from beginning ofcourse). To be frank next time i will order from aliexpress since there i have more control over my money ( buyer protection) and the processing is much faster ( not waiting for a month..).

Zuk Z2 After Sale service catastrophy

I bought a Zuk Z2 and after a month it stopped charging. I was only using the original one. Tried many and the same result. When i tried to contact them i got no response for weeks. After paypal dispute, they finally answered. So i payed 38€ to send the device to China. After 2 months they can't find my parcel in their warehouse. Really?? And because of that they offered me a used device???? in god knows what condition or 120€ efox Coupon. I payed 205€ for the device plus postage. So now after i told them only a new unit is acceptable or a full refund of the price i payed - also considering i already lost 38€, they will probably go silent. So if you're tempted to buy something on Efox - take my advice and don't. A horrible attitude and a non existing after sale service. Should be barred from doing any business in Europe. Update: After i see it is impossible to communicate with the seller i reluctantly agreed they send me a used device. Even though i'm losing money again. And this is what they offered to send me instead of a Snapdragon 820 Zuk Z2 worth 200€: Lenovo A300T Cubot S168 UMI X3 All of them together are not worth 200€ and they are used. So there you go. Another low, they're making fun of their customers. I wonder if there is a legislation in place to sue them. Even though they are based in Shenzen, they have a company in Hamburg, Hmmmm

I bought some cover, screen protector, etc., for my Zuk Z2 phone. They called it a gift package, it includes different items. I've made this comment, but never got to the page, efox checks reviews first and only show the ones they like. "The cover quality isn't great, and doesn't have a hole for the secondary mic! It comes with two tempered glasses. One is a bit bigger than the other, but non of them covers the hole phone, and both leave all the sensors, etc., exposed because it's widely cutted on that area. All the other gifts are also cheap and not very well made. Shipping time to Portugal was great, but tracking info doesn't work. If you want a cover and some tempered glass, there are better options out there." I'll never buy anything else from efox again. There are many good alternatives out there.
