Very bad service
I haven't received the mobile and they promised to refund from more than 3 months which never happend. So simply I haven't recieved the mobile and I wasn't refunded. I spent 130 euros for nothing.

Terrible service
Three months after taking delivery of my new Elephone Vowney light, the vibration device stopped working. I contacted Efox service and chose to have it repaired in Germany which would be a lot faster than sending it to China according to Efox. This meant paying for postage and repair hrs yourself which already is not what you expect when warrantee is applicable. Finally I received notice that the phone was repaired and would be sent to me by DHL. Couple of weeks and mails later, still no phone! although DHL claimed it was delivered. Efox service told me to contact DHL. I did. DHL told me that only the sender can initiate a propor DHL investigation. Finally Efox accepted that they would initiate the study with DHL. It is now weeks later and I have sent mails to Efox asking where my phone is. Absolutely NO response whatsoever! Needless to say this is totally unacceptable. Worst sevice experience ever! Do not purchase from Efox! Service is terrible!. My ordernumber is 20160711207988 The reply of Efox (below) is not correct. DHL has acted on behalf of Efox to return the phone to me. Efox should claim with DHL. I cannot claim with DHL because I am not the sender. I explained this already clearly in my first review text.

Worst service i ever had in my live.
Email answers not more as 5 words from noobs. In this shop,you get all the time different answers ... with their warranty and shipping infos.Warranty? Yes...if you have up to 9 months time to get your HW back! In my case, i shipped the handy two times and both times i have gotten it back unrepaired! You think you get "new item,proofed working?"...you go very wrong! And you have to send back new not working items for your money to china, from whereever they had shipped it to you. They dont care about, whos fault it has been.YOU pay that fault for shure! Cruely support,every time signed up from the same person.This supporter...and they have only one... doesnt know what she is doing, cause with these couple of wrong informations, let me think, that this company will not hold what they promised in their privacy policy. NEVER AGAIN
