Horrible products
Horrible products, Horrible customer seevice. Complete scam of a company. Warning. Do not buy from them. And good luck communicating when your not happy. A complete joke. Horrible refund policy. Run run run. Never buy from them. The best thing that can happen is for them to go out of business!!!!

This is the 2nd review. After responding to their request for pictures I received the wrong merchant weeks later Findercube is asking proof be sent again. This company is awful. DO NOT use them. There service is unprofessional
Unreliable
Ordered a $70 item online, was emailed back after the billing went through, that the item was not available. they offered a 5% refund!!! After discussion the offered a free upgrade up to 10% over original price I paid. They offered a list items available, but all seemed to be slightly more then the 10% so the replacement item would not be a free upgrade. After further discussion, I was promised a full refund in 5-7 days, that was three weeks ago. Still waiting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Let me start by saying, If I could give them a negative star, I would. This place is the absolute worst. The coat I spent my hard earned money on $156, is NOT the same coat they are advertising...it isn't leather, it's plastic! They need to be ashamed of themselves! People need to stop playing with folks time and money these days, be cause bad things happen to you types of people. Never again!!! They are scammers and most likely from China!! They don't want to refund money but want you to participate in some bullshit Facebook review... absolutely not...I will bash these people everyday if I have to!!! Do not, I repeat do not buy from them, you will regret it!

Haven't received the coat that I spent my HARD EARNED $ on for my company Christmas Party...not going to order ANYTHING from this BUM-ASS-COMPANY...word of mouth is a GREAT marketing tool...trust and believe I'm not a LOLLIPOP and ain't gonna be another SUCKA'...do to others that you'd like done to U...DON'T BELIEVE THA' HYPE...PERIODT'...as for not believing bad reviews its the damn TRUTH...how you gonna WAIT for a coat you ordered almost 2 MONTHS ago...Girl/Boy BYE!!!...don't get "S" from this company...NO CAP!!!

Today makes 40 days since I ordered a blazer for my wedding and it still has not shipped. Every time that I reach out to them the response is demand is up and the they are behind. Why would you sale a product that you don’t have? I have asked for a refund twice and they keep asking for a chance to ship. I want a refund. I ordered from two companies on the exact same day and I had the package from the other company a week later. This company is full of it. Don’t order from them if you want your merchandise.

They deserve zero stars. Do Not use this company. The negative reviews are all true. They don’t respond. Sent wrong item as out of stock replacement. The WORST experience ever.

I love that some of the products had reviews. Mainly because the description was not clear. Since I’m purchase for my husband I needed more information on sizes. Hopefully he can fit the items I ordered
Don't believe all the bad reviews
I want to start out by saying after I ordered the red velvet jacket I started reading reviews and every single one was someone co.plaining about getting ripped off. So I immediately regretted not reading the reviews first and started asking for a refund. Luckily I did not get one but what I did get was the bad ass red velvet jacket that I ordered and got in in time for the Christmas party. Would definitely order from them again

Avoid at all costs!
I’m not sure where to start… after waiting almost 4 weeks for my order, when the food arrived they were cheap and poorly manufactured garbage, I’ve requested the return delivery address multiple times, but they have refused to provide this. Terrible customer service and cheap and poorly manufactured products. Please do not waste your time or money buying anything off Findercube.

It’s funny how you usually only look at reviews after you get ripped off. That’s why I’m here. Ordered a suede coat with shearling trim. Got a blanket material coat with Sherpa trim. Me and my family got a great laugh at least. Imagine you think you’re meeting a gorgeous model you see a picture of and when you meet her in person she’s the cartoon version of the picture. That’s how this place works. Pictures look great but you’ll only get the cartoon version of what you want. I’m not even mad. I should have known better. At least from the reviews I know not to waste my time trying to get a refund.
Fraud is the only name I can give this.
They sent a second rate crap instead of what I ordered and are now refusing to refund me and keep sending the same response asking me to accept a discount. They don’t even seem to read my reply before sending the same reply again and again. This has been going for way too long
