This jacket did not fit as expected- photos were sent- I requested a refund immediately after receiving & trying on. Due to their 7 day return policy and response has been so slow. They offered coupon $15.00 for my Purchase of $81.00.instead returning. I expressed I would like a refund and I still waiting!

Material is not as described and items…

Material is not as described and items are way way too large. Cheaper material and when I contacted them back and forth, they are negotiating. They won’t release me a shipping label and won’t refund. Look on their own website and same reviews are flying though. They keep 50% and you take the 50% hit for the clothes you ordered that doesn’t match and doesn’t fit. Thats how they get rich. For a well now, they continue to not respond correctly to hoping that you will take their offer. Be aware.

I ddnt give them 1 star i had to give 1 star to write about my experience. They are very very unprofessional. They do nothing but lie and take your money. They should be closed down. If you don't have the product why do you advertise it. I ordered a blazer and paid for express services. It's been over a month and I haven't received any information on my order. I asked for refund and they won't give me one. I want & will not recommend this site nor their business. I think this a scam from overseas.

Be aware of the scam with this seller. A men's jacket was ordered on Nov. 21/2024, the full amount was billed on Nov. 23rd. After contacting them on Dec. 7 and again on Dec. 11, it was supposed to be shipped on Dec. 18th. After contacting them on Jan 3/2025, I was told that this is a popular item and they will give a coupon for the next order. Stay away!

Coco, Well, it seems to me that you have no intention of shipping me the shirt for which I paid $36.94¢, instead you will stall, delay and obfuscate your responsibility to fulfill this transaction. Don't you have any HONOR? You sent me the wrong shirt and you refuse to send the right shirt! You stated again and again that you needed more time. I gave you the additional time you requested and now you state you need even more time! You should be ashamed of yourselves. I trusted you and paid $36.94¢ up front via PayPal. I purchased this shirt July 13, 2024, today is August 18, 2024. You have had all the time you needed to send the right shirt and make this right. I'm done pleading with you to do the right thing. I'm going to PayPal and I shall record the details of this transaction on FACEBOOK! YOU ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY, CORRUPT AND DISHONORABLE

Worst Company Ever

Worst Company Ever! I ordered from them and never heard from them. I tried to search my order on their website and got "No order exists". I emailed them to cancel and get a refund and was told there would be a 15% handling fee! Two days later I received something completely different than what I ordered. It was garbage. I wish I could show you the mess they sent. Do not shop here!

Moulin rouge... But not in a good way!

My fiance wanted to surprise me with this beautiful sweater that I had been drooling over all fall... Only to find out that this website is a total scam. Please don't fall for this rouse. They refuse to send a tracking number and also refuse to give a refund unless she duped others into sending money by giving a great Facebook review!

How do they charge a fee for anything, when there isn’t any product that was delivered!?. The item wasn’t in stock. 15% handling fee for a item out of stock! Absolutely not, sounds ridiculous!! Reporting to BBB!! I’ll send a nice review too! Give Me my money!! Furthermore your response was delayed after waiting 3 weeks or more to tell me the item is out of stock!?. Bad for business.

A total scam

A total scam! I purchased a 'leather coat' that had no leather anywhere near it - it was cheap PVC. Do not give your money to this company they are total scammers.

Would do zero if I could

Would do zero if I could. Bought one item from this scam of a website. It was supposed to arrive in 11-15 days. After 12 days & not even receiving an email saying the product was shipped. I messaged their customer service who said they "were super far behind on orders and will get to it right away." Two days later after barely hearing anything back from them, they again said they would get right on shipping my shirt. Site is a complete scam, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.
