Poor customer service
Received an email 6 weeks after placing order for an in stock item. Email said item was out of stock, and offered me a discount on another item. Asked for a refund of my purchase, twice…only received the same reply/offer in response. Poor communication, and they have essentially stolen money from me at this point. Consider yourself warned.

Hassle to return, non-existence customer service
This is worst company I’ve purchased from. Ordered a leather jacket, came in the mail within 10 days later. The material was very poor quality, not even close to the description and picture on the website. My attempt to return was a hassle so far. The main issue is they DO NOT communication. I emailed them multiple times, each day in a seven day period for a return address, and no response. They mentioned a 24 hours customer service on their site, but that is not true. I will NEVER purchase from them again and will tell all my friends and family to stay away from this website. It is a scam
Not a reputable company at all
Not a reputable company at all. Order an item from them three weeks ago. Still in unfulfilled status and can't get anyone in support to respond. Even entered the order number they gave after purchase. It's not found in their system. Request a refund and still have heard nothing. Not expecting to see my money refunded and don't suggest anyone to trust them.
Another customer scammed
Another customer scammed. I should have checked them out first. I sent them $101.29 for a sport coat in October. 2 months later I received a totally different (cheap/ugly) sport coat. Now, nearly 4 months later, today I've closed that book and given up. A $100 lesson learned. Shame on them.
Cautious.. Don’t Buy Here
Bought a jacket from them and it arrived a few weeks later. Attempted to return due to poor quality and sent the email. Customer service was extremely poor. Requested for phone number to call and they did not provide. Tried on numerous times to return however they would not give me any information to return. Had to contact my bank to fight against it the transaction. Definitely will not purchase another thing thru this site. I would recommend taking your business and money somewhere else. Place is not to be trusted. They say easy returns and 24 hr customer service but it’s a scam.

No stars. Ordered a suede jacket. Garment came as cotton and linen. Also did not resemble the picture of what I ordered. They should be closed down for false advertising. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ripping people off, I hope they rot in Hell!

Horrible company with terrible quality products. Nothing matches what is advertised. They will not offer returns only additional free items if you leave a positive review. These guys need to close shop and stop selling junk!
