Terrible. Took 6 weeks to get the order and no updates. Then the sizing is off and doesn’t fit so they are refusing a refund because I didn’t measure myself before hand per the size chart. Seriously? Chinese shitty vendor. Avoid!

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star! I bought an item that was over $100.00 in total. It was supposed to be a suede jacket. When I received it, it was the cheapest item I have ever purchased. I asked for a refund multiple times within the time frame. All I kept getting was we can offer you a small discount, then they said give your item to a friend, and we can give you a discount code. I still stated I want a full refund, and took a picture of their return policy. HORRIBLE Never purchase or waste your money on this cheap crap

Avoid FinderCube At All Costs! They Do Not Accept Returns
Came across the site in a general search and found what I thought to be a nice looking blazer for my brother and I to wear on a game show. Ordered the item two months before the show. A month in, I contacted them as to why it was taking so long to get to me, they replied due to its “popularity.” It finally arrived two weeks before we were supposed to tape only for me to receive an item that appeared to look like the pattern had been pressed on like a t-shit rather than sewn together. The pattern was pixelated to the point where I refused to believe it was the same blazer I ordered. My wife thought it was a joke when I pulled the item out of the packaging. After waiting almost two months for the item, I was pissed. But it get’s better…when I tried to return the less than quality product via their “hassle free” 7 day return policy, their likely AI assistant Zoya avoided giving me the instructions to send the items back to get my money. She would wait a full 24 hours to reply and simply offer pointless alternatives like a credit or picking a free item off their site instead of giving me instructions to return the items. Of course the 7 day return window then expired due to her not sending me instructions to send the items back in time. Please avoid this site at all costs. I have learned my lesson. I hope you do as well.

One star is a compliment!! I ordered a blazer and the size was wrong they did not want to refund me my money instead they offered me 20% off the item. Please do not buy anything from this website , choose a reliable or trustworthy company!

One star is too many
One star is too many for this company! Wish I would have done a little more research. The "genuine leather" coat I purchased was nothing like described nor in the photos. Cheap plastic rip off is what it was. The pockets were not even real. And even though they say on their website returns accepted within 30 days, they do not even give you the option, nor will they supply a return address. All they would do is offer a very small amount of my money back. Get this, if I would leave a 5 star review! I got this bribe several times via email (they won't provide a phone #) in broken, improper English from China. Do not buy from Findercube.

I can’t believe that didn’t look at the reviews before ordering this item and I haven’t received a tracking number or anything as of yet and it’s only been 6 days but I have reached out to them to return my payment immediately. I swear people are such evil a-holes in their pursuit to make a buck these days. Sad world we live in.

1 Star is too much. This is a SCAM and a FRAUD. The merchandize is so cheap, incorrectly sewn, frayed edges, button falling off, ill fitting and ultimately unwearable. They asked for pictures, which I sent. Then they offer me a 10% refund, without returning the garment. Upon refusal of that offer, they keep sending offers for refunds in 5%increments, today we are up to being offered 35% refund without returning garment. I said NO to all of these, as I want a full refund. But the game continues. I already filed a chargeback with my Credit Card company and have reported them as a fraudulent, illegal, false advertising scam that is stealing money from unsuspecting shoppers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE AWFUL PEOPLE.

I stupidly did not look at the reviews before parting with my money . The item arrived & it looked nothing like the item I saw online . I’ve been trying repeatedly to get a refund without success , despite numerous e-mails they refuse to refund my money . I caution anyone not to use this company , they will take your money then refuse to refund you .

Recently Purchased: Mens Vintage Check 3 pocket Blazer
Recently purchased: Men's Vintage Check Print 3 Pocket Single Breasted Blazer It arrived over 2 months later. But that wasnt it... The quality of blazer was so subpar that I immediately asked to return it. I told them the picture that they are using to sell this item are night and day from the actual product. The quality is worse than the cheap Halloween costumes, it almost looks like they printed pattern onto polyester but were running out of ink. I was told there is nothing wrong when i sent pictures, but i assure you that this will be put in the clothing donation bin.
Utter rubbish
Somehow I got directed to their website where I was really impressed with the selection of clothes that they had at affordable prices. So I ordered an overcoat, which arrived about two weeks after I placed the order. When I open the package I can only describe it as a rag.. I was horrified by the poor quality of the coat. It was ill fitting and so I got in touch with them immediately and asked them to refund me in full. Of course I offered to return it to them. I then had a selection of replies from them, asking me if I wanted to change it for something else without sending it back, I told them I didn't want to, as I didn't trust their products. Again, I asked for a full refund, and they offered me 20% twice, and then 30% after that. Without the need to return it. I explained that my brother was arriving from America and would happily take it back and post it back to them for a full refund.. again. I got the same stupid reply. from somebody called Zoya , offering me 30% refund.. This company appears to be disreputable and dishonest. and should not be advertising. in the UK if they are unable to take back. unwanted items. Please make sure that Everyone knows not to buy from this company.

I ordered the cotton henley
I ordered the cotton henley. I liked the look of the fabric when I zoomed in in the image. The "reviews" on their website seemed positive. The order took about 35 days to reach me. The biggest disappointment, however, is actual shirt itself. It's not the shirt in the picture. It's piece of trash. It looks like something you would find in a spirit halloween knight costume. It's a complete misrepresentation of the product I ordered based on the image in their online catalog. I will never order from them again and I would recommend to anyone; be careful. Think twice about trusting these people with your business. The odds of being satisfied with any product from this company are not in your favor.
