I ordered two jackets a d spe t 161.00. One jacket was not what I ordered and the other jacket was out of stock. I attempted thru numerous emails and Shop to resolve this, but they will not return my money, even though they said they would. This has been going on for 3 months. Do not buy from this company, they are not reputable.
The items on their website are fake. They will ship to you sometime different and very inferior that is worth less than 10% of what you paid. Some customers reviewed that they didn’t received their orders. They do not honor their return policy, but try to offer you 15% coupon towards more junk. If you have already been scammed contact your credit card company and Shopify but it takes time for them to review.
This is a scam company. I shamefully admit that I did not realize until it was too late that the photos on the website are AI generated, not actual photos. When the product arrived it looked nothing like the photos and when I complained I only ever speak to a bot called Zoya who refuses to supply a refund or any other remedy. They also only shipped half the order but refuse to refund even for products never received.
Never received item. Was told it hasn't even been made yet 4 weeks after I ordered it. Requested a refund, was only offered coupons for other items lol. Customer support uses terribly written, broken English. Obviously a scam company.
I was very dissatisfied! This company doesn't deserve 1 star. They false advertise their products. When you request a refund they tell you it's not worth it for you. They will only give you a percentage of the cost if that. Don't make the mistake I've made with this company.

Because your order is our best selling , so it needs 7-9 days to be shipped As a compensation , we will give you $20 coupon Will let you informed of tracking number when it is shipped
I will not even give one star to this company, no customer service, very very poor quality products, it is a 1$ product, which they are selling for $80-100. very poor low quality printed stuff. Please never buy from this company.
I found some of your styles a little outrageous but some I think I just can’t live without! It seems a lot of your styles are for a gay man but some are so different I just love them. I feel wear what you feel like! I’m straight and a business owner and usually and in work clothes but I love running into customers in my stylish offbeat clothes with a $25k watch!
Ordered a jacket on March 29th for a wedding in May. It’s currently April 21st. No movement. No communication.
I bought a suede jacket. After waiting about 5 weeks to receive it, what I received was not genuine suede like they said, it was a synthetic ultra suede. Looked very different than the picture. I made a complaint and they just keep offering me a $15 coupon. I don’t want any other crap from this scam company.
Product was unavailable, and this company is refusing to provide me with a refund. The only way to contact them is through email and the only thing they’re wanting to do is give me an additional $20 off on another product. I have requested a refund for different times now and they are refusing to provide me with one it feels like this company is a scam

I think the ordering process was simple, and the selection was easy based on the fact that the photos were so vibrant.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered item on 2/5/2025, requested item to be cancelled and for them to process refund. Sent numerous requests since 3/26/25 but all they respond with is a coupon offer. They DO NOT REFUND money! It's 4/15/25 and I have yet to receive a confirmation with my credit card refund. WHAT A SCAM!
Don’t buy anything by findercube. It’s cheap chinese quality. You can’t compare it with the quality from the picter they show you. It’s not an american webshop with original retro wear but cheap and bad quality clothes!!!
The website was easy to use. The products are modern and not seen in other stores on line. Prices are reasonable given the quality. I’ve ordered other items and was very impressed by them. Great style and fabrication.
I like clothes that jump out at me. These are A bit expensive and since I like several pieces, I need free shipping. I manage to spend at least fifteen minutes in the catalog every day WINDOW SHOPPING
