This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been told twice my money would be refunded still nothing this has been going on since 15th November 2024 .they cancelled the order as it was out of stock fair enough , I’ll take a full refund and move on. They now want photo of the item I have never had .nearly 3 months later now and I’m still getting excuses. Thomas
The website was easy to follow however there was no indication of what the measurement for medium large etc was so I guessed on what I normally wear.
It was smooth ordering process , but I'm waiting for fulfillment notification.
This site is a scam. Color and material not as advertised. They do NOT accept returns despite saying they do on their website. Will offer store credit for a good review so DO NOT trust the very few good reviews. Order online everyday and this is the worst company by far. Filed a dispute with credit card company for full refund.
It was so easy to check out. I love a lot of your inventory and will probably buy a few more items, depending upon this purchase that I just made.
This company is the WORST! The clothing is absolute garbage!!! The worst quality and they don’t give refunds if you don’t like it! Stay away from these scammers!!! All the colors show up different then the pictures.
Don’t do it don’t do it I ordered a jacket from them and I was told that they shipped out the jacket a week ago and when I asked them if they had any delivery updates on my order they said that the manufacturer was having issues with the material needed for the jacket and this was yesterday so how could the order be shipped out last week and having issues this week and now they are refusing to give me back my money so I’m going to have to take further action with my bank and it shouldn’t be like this but it’s a scam don’t do it

This company is a total scam don't spend a nickel with them. The colors on the cheap merchandise will be off as well as the quality. When you request a refund they will give you the run around. This company should be on the list of one of the biggest scam going and law enforcement should get involved and prosecute all individuals who are involved with this company. I warned you don't do business with these scam artists!

BEWARE: SCAM If it were possible this review would be a minus. 1. They shipped wrong item and size 2. Contacted them 4 times only to be instructed to send photos. Which I did 3. Contacted 2 more times and instructed to provide a good review then they would take action. Basically, blackmail. 4. Currently have contacted them 10 times with customer service saying they will resolve if I first pay them for shipping which they say is expensive. They did nothing. 5. They sent a fake shipping notice and tracking number 6. Research their parent company to hopefully give them insight into how their operations is faulty. Holding company first exist. Today I saw more ads on social media either unsuspecting customers think this company is legit.
To start with if I can give them a minus Five stars I would. I purchased a men’s coat 3 months ago. Never received my purchased item. I’ve contacted customer support at least a dozen times to no resolve just one excuse after another. I’ve requested a full refund on several occasions and still no refund. A complete Scam! Hello, the product I ordered is great looking and the price is good, my problem was you had no chart to to tell what size XXL is. XXL is the size I ordered, plus no estimate time of arrival on the order form. What is the chest size in inches (US) for XXL? I hope it fits. RGB.
I’m waiting on two leather coats they said they mailed to my porch while cameras didn’t see anybody that day I was home with my cuzin we never seen any packages at all that day that was a lie I’ve sent many emails to find out where my orders and or send my money back ?

I thought I was ordering a burgandy leather coat for my husband, but received a fake leather, bright red coat that looks NOTHING like what I ordered. I contacted findecube with my concern and they promised to send the correct one but it is the EXACT same coat.i am so disappointed, upset, and frustrated with the company and the process.
