The jacket was great. Although a bit tight, they exchanged it for me and I am awaiting it now. Great customer service!
Basically a scam
I ordered a product and then changed my mind. They asked if they could deduct 15% from my refund even though they hadn't shipped the product yet. I said no, and they said that they had issued the refund and that it would appear in my account in 3 to 5 days. It never appeared. Then they shipped the product anyway, and when I wrote to them, they said that they would require me to pay return shipping to fix the problem. This went on and on until they finally agreed to refund part of my order without me returning the garment. They are slimy and really don't seem to have any idea what they're doing. Greedy and incompetent.

Good quality, great look
I enjoyed seeing the coat when it arrived. Fast turnaround time. Went to a concert and I got plenty of compliments on the coat. A couple even took a picture of me wearing the coat at the event. It was a show stopper before the show. Very satisfied.
SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM
I regret not reviewing customer feedback prior to purchasing the advertised red leather jacket for $156. The jacket arrived within a week, but it was not leather, showed signs of prior wear (including odor and markings), and was an XL instead of the ordered L. Following submission of photographic evidence as requested via email, the company invited me to join a Facebook group for a discount. Upon declining and requesting a full refund, a 40% discount on future purchases was offered, which I also declined. A subsequent offer of 40% off the oversized, synthetic jacket was similarly rejected. The refund remains pending. This is such a scam please don't waste your money time or energy.

The return is delayed. although requested pictures were sent, these are requested again. this store is not reputable and I can only warn against it. i can only throw the cardigan and the money in the garbage can

I am very happy with the purchase i made. I was having a problem though choosing the size. I normally wear a 2XL in US size. I know that European and Asian sizes run smaller. Should I have purchased the 3XL is my question. I hope this jacket i purchased doesn't run small.

Findercube is a SCAM FROM CHINA. They take advantage of hard working Americans by taking their money and either not deliver any product or you will receive an inferior product. When you do not receive your order and try to cancel they say they will charge you 15 to 35% of the cost before any refund that never comes.

Company would not properly respond to return, asked ordered two items at check out was told 9 to 15 day delivered. 1st order now over a month not received... 2nd delivered after 22 days emailed that I wanted to returned and refund both. Put dispute through my CC. Response received... "You can see that we tried to refund you before but failed because you filed a dispute. If you do not cancel the dispute, we cannot refund you. This will become a cycle. Our system can only return the money back the same way. We hope you will consider that if you cancel the dispute, we will refund you successfully. If the dispute exists, even if we want to solve the problem, it will be useless."
