Hello Briana, I am sorry to hear about the experience you had with your orders. Your first order was for a Ray-Ban RB7217F. This frame is now discontinued and is no longer on the website. This is the alternate version of the RB7217 that is still available to order. If you are interested in the standard version of the frame instead of the alternate fit version, we would be happy to help you with that order. I will have a member of management reach out to you to discuss both orders.

Hello Pedro, Thank you for ordering your Kaenon sunglasses with us. I apologize that there have been delays in processing your order. The sunglasses were initially made with the incorrect color lenses. We sent the glasses back to be remade. Your shipping method was updated to try to make up for the processing delay. I will have a member of management reach out to you to discuss your order.
