Hi there! We're happy to hear that you found our online format easy to use and our prices reasonable. We appreciate your trust in our eyewear's quality and our customer service. Thank you for recommending us; we value your feedback! Have a great day! Best, Leslie
Hello Jake, I want to apologize that there were inventory issues with the frame you selected. When you initially placed your order, we were informed by the vendor that the frame was on backorder. We were told later that the frame had been discontinued and was no longer available. At that point, you were refunded in full. I understand how frustrating that can be. I will have a member of management reach out to discuss your order.

Dear Kelly, We're happy to hear that you found the polarized Ray-Ban sunglasses you wanted at a price that worked for you. We're glad you love them and appreciate you considering us for your prescription eyeglasses! Thanks for your order and feedback. Have a great day! Best, Leslie
Hello Joseph, Thank you for ordering your glasses with FramesDirect. I apologize that the glasses you received were damaged. They should not have been shipped to you in that condition. I see that you have been in contact with our returns agents to get the issue resolved. I will have a member of management reach out to you to discuss your order.
Hello Daniel, Thank you for ordering your glasses from FramesDirect. I am sorry to hear that the package was damaged during shipping. We want to make sure that the glasses you receive are in perfect condition. I will have a member of management contact you to discuss your order.
