I only received a few little packages and disputed one amount because it NEVER ARRIVED and neither did other(s). I used a sizeable amount of stimulus money thinking these clothes were coming from New York and California. I disputed one charge due to not receiving, and I got one blouse, nearly $30 on sale. The material was horrid, color muddled and very short. The V neck was not hemmed, There was no undertuck on bottom hem, sleeves with button to role up and no button for that nor sleeves to roll up. I’d return it if it was for a cabbage patch doll. It was an unfinished garment that looked nothing like the photo and came from China. Size was waaaay off. I am on a fixed income and badly need clothes that were advertised as coming from here. but the plastic package was all written in Chinese. The item looked like it was made by a 5 year old. Probably was. Most clothes still aren’t here and their location is unknown. I was robbed and I have not been able to contact the vendor. Zulily (an entirely different online vendor)has decent prices and I’d been pleased. But HOLAPICK IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM using domestic names on tracking

The other package was containing clothes that would fit a 10 yr old medium sized kid. I ordered 4xxxxL. And they weren’t right either.
Poor quality, poor service and false advertising-the photos do not-I repeat do not represent the clothing. And PayPal’s poor policy let them get away with it.
This really doesn't even deserve 1 star. Horrible experience as stated by previous reviewers. The order took weeks to arrive, in separate parcels, and the blouses look NOTHING like what I ordered.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!!!!! TOTAL, UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT ALL AROUND. The clothes look gorgeous on line but in reality are cheaply made and fit poorly. Customer service is as bad as their products. It took almost 3 months to get my "summer" shirts and when they arrived, they were not at all what was represented. When I requested a refund, I was told that because the cost of returning the items to their factory, it wasn't a good option. It was suggested I give the items as "gifts to others"!!!! In the end, they agreed to credit approx. $16/$85 back to my credit card. This is probably only the third review I've written in my life which should let you know how frustrated I am about this whole experience. Don't put yourself through this aggravation!!!!
I ordered several blouses and costume jewelry from HOLAPICK. Absolutely none of the clothes fit and everything was extremely see-thru thin polyester very cheaply made even though the cost was the same as other companies online I have ordered from. Numerous things in my order was duplicated. There was no paperwork to return the items and most things came in separate packages (I am still receiving them 5 mos. later!) and they were from 2 different addresses--one on the east coast, the other the west coast. I returned the items with letters enclosed to each address and got an email several weeks later that they were received and would refund my money. No sign of any refunds and this order was sent in March! They blamed covid-19 for the 3-4 month shipment delay. It is a significant amount of money that I have lost but they are Asian with business addresses overseas. No one from their main office in Hong Kong has responded back to me. I am also bombarded by their online ads daily. Their ads are attractive and stylish but their goods are cheap and poorly made and sizing is totally off. My only recourse is to alert others not to be sucked in by fancy ads from these people like I was. The customer service email address to HOLAPICK was not accepted as a legitimate email address by AOL. Byer Beware!
DON'T BUY..I bought 4 items before I read the reviews. I only received 3.. Im a size 18 but I ordered 3xl. 2 items would be size 14 the 3rd one was ok but poor quality. Disappointed as they look so nice.clothes are nothing like the ads very flimsy. Apart from this company I have bought 3 items from pop up ads on Facebook in April still not received please be aware don't buy from Facebook pop ups. These companies are un contactable and are scammers...
Not even one star! I got a dress from them, linen cotton, it was a sh...ty polyester not even close to the style. The bottom part was shapeless the top was too small. Don’t ever buy from this site this company! Just a Chinese sh...t what they sell. Fighting with them for my return of my money after 30 some e-mail. Offered me a $ 10.00 discount on a dress I can’t wear! Ha, ha, ha! They treat you like you lie on the project you got. Get away from this site as fast as you can. Don’t order anything, don’t even look at the products! I’m still waiting for the return label since April! O and the delivery took over two months!
All I can say is RUN..do not walk...DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Holapick is a scam company. When I made my purchase from this company the clothes looks so nice and well made on their website. I checked their website and it said they are in California so I thought ok USA this will be safe to order from. But what I found out later is these clothing is made in Hong Kong and shipped to their warehouse in California. I ordered 9 items from this company spending just under $200.00. After about 6 weeks my order finally came. It arrived in a small plastic bag. My first though was wow it isnt very big they must not of sent my entire order. After I opened the package...all items were there..however some were in a dirty zip lock bag. Every item I ordered was not the correct size. I ordered a 3x and they sent me cheaply made clothing with usa size about a size large and they had a 3x size sticker sewn into the black neck of them. Not even any cleaning labels attached or what fabic is made out of. Most of the items the fabric is a very cheap nylon like what one would make decorate flags or kites out of. I was belong belief just had poorly made these clothing was. One of the tops they didnt even finishing sewing the sleeves on...they were left unhemmed. Not one single item fit me. I contacted the company and told them how disappointed I was in the clothing and that I wanted to return for a refund. After 4 to 5 emails to them someone finally emailed me back that had very poor english writing skills. They told me I could return them but would not give me a return item number or an address in which to return them. So after a week of waiting I returned them items back to the warehouse address that was on the label of the package I received them in. a week later they had returned them back to me with writin saying rejected return to sender. So here I sit with $200.00 worth of junk clothing that i wouldnt even give to anyone they are so poorly made. They never would return anymore of my emails. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. PLEASE do NOT buy from this company unless you want a nightmare.

Thee worst company ever. The only reason I gave it one star was because their horrible website wouldn’t allow me to write a review without giving it at least one. What a fraud. I should have read the reviews but I won’t make that mistake again. The clothes were very poorly made, the sizes were a joke and impossible to return. A total bait & switch. A total scam. This should be a testament of what we need to bring manufacturing back to America.
I agree with the reviews below. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality is horrible and the customer service is even worse. It took months for me to get my order. I tried to cancel when they didn't arrive but they still sent the items which were very cheap and then wouldn't send a return label and made me pay for the return. THE PICTURES ARE MUCH BETTER THAN THE ACTUAL ITEMS.
I ordered and paid for four blouses. One was out of stock. One had two rust stains on it. Holapick wanted pictures, and I sent the. They said I had to pay to return it. I disagreed with them. They emailed me that if I wasn't satisfied with the blouse to return it for them to examine. Who's satisfied with a stained blouse? I told the I'd throw it out. They keep sending the same message, over and over. First order, and last order. I can't see them having repeat customers
Okay... I will attempt to write a fair and honest review. I am a Canadian. I ordered about $500 worth of stuff or $267 American. I did this before reading all the scathing reviews. Naturally I got pretty scared and had lower expectations for when my package arrived. I would say I treated it like a cracker jack box. Let me say, first of all I DID receive all 17 of my items. They came within 3 days of each other. I will say I am not a small woman. I am not Asian. I am of Lithuanian Descent. I am 5:10 in height and between a size 12 to 14. I was a 10 to 12 before COVID hit but I followed the size charts very carefully because I knew it was coming from China in Chinese sizes. I am an hourglass shape, so proportions should be easier to fit. I think a pear or apple shape might have some real difficulty finding a flattering fit here. Here is what I found: The colours and fabrics are definitely different then what I found online. I ordered a cotton short sleeve dress and it came in a very different more clingy t-shirt material. It does not look bad but it isn't what I ordered. It is very different and more casual then what I ordered. I also found that the colours within many of the shirts which also came in a t shirt material are very different from the online forum. I am a DD chest. I think this is partially why the shirts are a bit short and don't hit quite right, even though the sizing is technically correct. About half my order was much shorter then I anticipated. (I have a very long torso/waist) Some of the more fitted shirts do not fit my broad shoulders or come down to my wrist. A beautiful grey cardigan I ordered is way too short. A grey lounge shirt I ordered is the most drastically different. I didn't even recognize it. Online it had rouching at the bottom and was gathered and in reality it was a grey long sleeved t- shirt with tight arms and pockets. LOL! :) It grows on you, but again not even close to what I ordered. ALOT of what I ordered is delivered in a t- shirt quality fabric. There's nothing wrong with that but again, it's not what I ordered. The online forum IS misleading, definitely about what the clothing looks in a material sense. I ordered the batwing shirt, which I loved online. It is the same shirt but much differently proportioned on me. It's much shorter. The model online must have been really short as well as really tiny as it hit her perfectly. So, in conclusion: About half my order is useable. The other half will find it's way to a donation box. I think the majority of this clothing is made with the Asian community in mind. Proportions follow a very small frame and body type. I DID find one shorts and top lounge combo that fit exactly right. PERFECTLY. I also did not see a consistency in the cut with anything ordered. It was all very different, and probably not made by the same person. One shirt was too big others too short and others too small in different areas. They did deliver the product, but even if as women we know we don't have a model's proportion, there will likely be a difference in colour, fabric and inconsistent sizing. It really seems to me to be a cracker jack box where you just never know what you're going to get. Happy hunting, and lesson learned. This is the first time I've ever tried online shopping anywhere. I like to try things on.
The pictures that they present are very deceptive. They said cotton blend and they looked more silky than cotton!,If I had known these were coming from North Korea or China or wherever they came from I would’ve never ordered and I will never order again if I know that they’re coming from China! It takes way too long to get them and forget about getting a refund and sending them back. That’s a joke !All I can say is don’t order anything you see on Facebook it’s most likely from China

Reputable business practices, committed customer service, true honesty, and a timely resolution should not have been forced given all the time and efforts taken to get my refund.

UPDATE: Holapick has replaced the shirt I did not receive. This time the mailing address contained my apt. #. I will now consider using Holapick again. The shirt fits well and is really cute. The material is a little on the thin side though and somewhat transparent so I will wear a tank under it. It pays to write the company and let them know how they are doing. I received my shirt and they retained a customer.
WARNING: I ordered a shirt from Holapick and never received it. I was charged for it and received an order # and USPS tracking # indicating that my order was delivered, BUT I never received it. I tried the USPS tracking # several times and received message back saying tracking number is non-existent. I note the address they used DID NOT indicate my apt. #. I've checked with post office, checked with neighbors, etc. I'm out about $30 + my time and effort but I GIVE UP. After reading the ratings and less than stellar reviews of Holapick on their own website it's no longer worth my effort. Use Holapick at your own risk. You've been warned ... NOT A GOOD COMPANY!!!!!
Just another name for "Noracora" Look that sad company up. Holapick works out of China, Beware. Nothing you buy is as you see it on their web sight. These Company's and there are others, just sit around and think how they can re-brand themselves. But their tactics are all the same. You are stuck with sup-standard product with NO WAY TO RETURN. Trust No-one... I give them 2 stars only because the One star ratings are thrown out. Stick with AMAZON at least they are a reputable company about returns and junk.
