Worst experience ever. Totally was ripped off by this company. Everything about the experience was a false representation. I am out 95.00 and stuck with 3 items not even worth 20.00. Sizes are a lie. return policy a bigger lie. And they still won't make the situation right.
WOW, SAVE YOUR MONEY! I wish I had done my research before ordering from this company! I ordered almost $200 worth of shirts and NONE of them fit, not even close. I even ordered 3X thinking they may run small but these shirts are so small they could be a size 12. After reading reviews I am not going to try and return these because I believe I will lose my money and merchandise. Quality is of Walmart level - not terrible but no where near high quality. I guess I will give these shirts away and make SOMEONE happy over this transaction...
This is not a company to do the business with. I ordered 4 items, 2 were acceptable the other were not, 10 minutes after carefully opened the packages I put them back like original and emailed the customer services (cs), next day one cs contact me for asking the problems.. I sent the images shipping bags.., next day another cs contact me offering only 1/4 value I paid and told me to keep the 2 items, I replied that they didn't fit and one is not the image shows on their website. The next day and next 3 replies all from different cs, back and forth took almost a week, they are in China, and final mail I just received including 7 items return conditions. AWFUL! I wish I didn't purchase these items from them, I will stay with Amazon or Zulily I have very good experiences with those companies. This is the worse I ever have.
My experience rating in ZERO stars. I purchased two items: a dress and a blouse. I wanted to return both items immediately when they arrived. The dress I received was not the pattern that was shown online, completely different. Also, the length of the dress itself and the sleeves were shorter than the picture online. The description says silk, but it is polyester and there are no manufacturing name tags or material contents tags, which I think is illegal. The quality of the material of the blouse was not what I expected and the design appears different than the online picture. Taking a closer look, the picture had been photoshopped to screen out some of the butterflies and the blouse appeared to have a side slit in the seam, which in person it does not. The slit is one of the reasons I decided to buy it. Agian, there were no manufacturing tags or material contents. Initiially, I tried to submit a request to return the items for a refund on their website under contact us, but it did not work. It took several emails that started with them asking for basic information like the sku numbers and product description when I had provided the order number in my first email. After a lot of back and forth and me submitting pictures of the dress as they requested, they offered my $9 refund for the dress and nothing for the blouse. DO NOT PURCHASE!! I just pray they are not manufacturing these products under illegal or unsafe labor conditions.
DO NOT ORDER!!! bought $180 worth of merch. ALL the items were so small they could fit a small child! I'm not kidding. Oversized, full length size 5XL pants(I checked the exact measurements 2 times just to make sure they would fit) came with 32" and the inseam was 23". I have medical issues that have deformed my legs and I need very loose clothing so I can "try" to hide my bandages and deformities. SHAME on them. Now I had to pay $65 to ship BACK to China to get my $$ back. Even PAYPAL wouldn't help me with the shipping issue, getting this crap company to pay for the return shipping.Plus, shippers are saying that packages aren't even getting through customs because of Covid! PLEASE! Do NOT buy from them, PLEASE! Someone HAS to do something to block this company from selling here in the U.S.
I wanted to rate 'no stars' but there wasn't an option for that. Holapick has Horrible customer service and extremely cheaply made clothing. I immediately wanted to return my items and emailed over a 3 week period, each time getting a different representative and when you try to reply it is set up that it goes back to your email address. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their bottom line is send it all back to us in China and I have to pay shipping and if it arrives damaged I lose out on everything but yet they won't accept FEDEX, DHL or any other sort of guaranteed shipping service, only the slow boat to China shipping method. I spent over $100.00 and this is the way they treat me! Disgusting customer service. DO NOT order anything from them, you will be extremely disappointed. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I wish I would have checked on this business before ordering. (My bad) I have been trying to get someone to help me and get a phone number. EVERYTHING I ordered is VERY BAD quality. Jacket wrong size 2 dress did not fit and I even ordered them two sizes larger and still WRONG. 3 Hand bags, if I use them once they will fall apart. The strap on one bag is coming apart and I have on even used it. The other hand bag is paper thin. That was NOT even the item I ordered. All I want is my money back and they can have there STUFF back. VERY BAD QUALITY.
It wasn’t that bad. The quality was no better or no worse than mall clothes that cost a lot more. I got compliments on my hippy t shirts.
This is a company based out of China. It cost me almost $30.00 to return them. Google them before you order from any clothing advertisement as they are usually China based and it takes forever to get your merchandise and it is poor quality, does not look like the pictures they show. Buyer beware!
I ordered 5 items in early May and just received them today. The quality is terrible - cheaply made and not to size. The website pictures DO NOT match what I received. I emailed this company numerous times and they take NO responbility for ANYTHING. I asked for a refund and was denied. Do not shop Holapick.
Very, very bad shopping experience. I order 3 blouses and 1 pair of pants. The pants fit fine. The blouses were too small. I emailed several times with no return response only a small refund offer. I mailed the blouses back with pictures of everything I sent along with USPS tracking. I asked paypal to open a dispute they were no help at all. I'm still am waiting for a response and have send them the information about the return a 100 times. I just want a refund for my blouses, they are crooks. I will never shop online with them or for any other type of clothing they have soured me. Not a very customer satisfaction company. They said Satisfaction Guaranteed also returns accepted, not true.
Terrible, terrible, truly terrible shopping experience. I ordered several products at the end of April - they finally arrived in August. The quality is SO POOR it is laughable what they charge and then the sizing is SO BAD that nothing fits - I have to send it all back. DO NOT SHOP HERE - it is a true waste of your time and money.
I’m size M and bought size L. If I ordered XL, they would fit me. Cheap quality materials! My orders arrived in two weeks. Don’t waste your money!

I have never dealt with such a pathetic company. I purchased two tops on May 26, 2020 and did not receive them until 8/14/2020. They cannot blame it on Covid pandemic because I made similar purchases from another company based in Hong Kong and received them in 3 weeks. Not only was the shipping time unacceptable but I had ordered a top in a 3X and when it finally arrived the size was not even a 1X, more like a size 18. I understand foreign sizes are different but not that much. Return it? Not a chance I would lose the merchandise and my money. PLEASE For Your Own Sake Do Not Deal with this company. Quality is below sub par even.

The worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. How do they keep getting away with it. The Australian Government should look into this illegitimate and scam company. Please Australia DO NOT EVEN THINK about buying anything from this place. Their ads are amazing but do not be fooled. I don't think I will ever get a refund from the returned items which, after almost 2 months they claim they have not received yet.
Do not call the number in post by Melissa Williams. They access your computer and ask you for your credit information. Do not call 607 214 3005. It is not a legit phone number. The guy just started cursing at me and hung up on me. They lie and say they have to access your computer to give you a form and they show you some bogus screen of what appears to be a Chase Bank account. Then they say they are sending a refund through pay pal but they ask for your credit card information. It is a scam. Do not call
Horrible products. I ordered 4 items; 2 never showed up. Both were size small; one item was huge on me and the other was too small. Quality is bad. Nightmare trying to return stuff to this company. I finally got my return sent yesterday. Today, my credit card statement showed I had been charged for all 4 items. I have disputed the charge. We'll see if I get the refund or the credit card company has to deal with this horrible company. Do Not Buy From Them.
Thanks to all the reviews I will not be ordering from Holapick. Thank you guys so much. I am so tired of being robbed by these type of stores.
