I hesitate to give one undeserved star. Months of standard prepared emails from more than 15 different signatories all apologizing for the delay in my refund and requesting my patience. I cancelled the order after several requests to confirm if the prices were in US or Aus Dollars. I had initially authorized withdrawal of $230 Aus . Without my authority Hola Pick proceded with the order and converted the currency to US dollars also incurring a fee which was further withdrawn from my account without my permission. I have been negotiating since July to have this currency conversion fee ( that Hola Pick incurred) refunded. What can you do when they have your card details and despite cancelling an order they withdraw from your account and refuse to refund the outstanding amount. That is fraud.
The clothing we received is pathetic. A small for my wife fits me -I'm 5'10" 180...she's 5'2". The quality is nonexistent. Nothing like the models fabric (pleats).
Plain ole polyester. A shirt that is cut at the hem with scissors made to 'look like' the online top. A stain on one dress. I read where these sites steal other sites clothing and try to replicate. A refund - good luck. Emails from 5 different people offering credits and/or partial refund. I laugh when I look at this crap. I may send it to a Boston TV station for one of those Consumer awareness features. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$...I did. Annie Cloth also has some of Holapicks stuff - or its the other way around. STAY AWAY !!!
Bought 4 tops, both way too small. Website said in order to return items you had to request it on their website, however you never get back past the chapka. So I returned the tops, (at apparently my own risk) over a month ago. No response. I want my money back.

Now trying to get a refund and they are giving me the run around as they claim I returned it to the wrong address and will only refund 50%

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Customer service is horrible. Sizes do not match size charts. Impossible to return anything. Holapick does not respond to return or exchange emails or other contacts. Originally delivery takers forever, usually more than 6 weeks. Clothing is a cheap material and cheaply made. You will be wasting time and money. I don't care how tempting it is. Click out immediately. Fine a reputable clothing store. You will be glad!!!
This company is a scam! Do not order from them! You will be very sorry if you do. I lost $90 to them to make a nightmare long story short. The clothes are very cheap, do not have tags on them, and I wouldn't even give the clothes to anybody! Their website and communication are very misleading. They clothes received are nothing like the ones modeled on their scamming website are . Stay safe, and do not order from this scammer!

I ordered a blouse through Holapick July 2020. So far they can not find my package. They continue to deflect my requests for a refund and are not willing to assist in finding my blouse. This is a third rate organization and the FTC needs to investigate! In addition they use Pitney Bowes to ship; also PB is not helping!! If I could rate them a zero I would. Do not do business with them.
TERRIBLE QUALITY. TWO PIECES OF THIN FABRIC SERGED TOGETHER. NO DARTS OR SHAPE OF ANY KIND. ON LINE IT LOOKED FULL AND FLOWING. NO LABELS INSIDE. FABRIC AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS UNKNOWN. Took months to get my order. A summer dress I never got to wear because it took three months to arrive from CHINA. That's right, all these clothes are made in China. Does anybody want that? The country where the virus came from? And one last thing, the quality of the material is very poor. Don't purchase from this site. You WILL be disappointed!
They get ZERO stars, which should be a selection as well. Not a US based company like they try to make you believe. Junk spandex type material used for most items. It all comes from China, so the sizes are EXTREMELY SMALL. They took me for $300. Wanted me to pay return shipping at $130 AND take the original shipping out of my refund as well. Put those two together and that's almost the entire $300 I paid. NOTHING they send looks like the pictures or description of what they advertise. What they considered tie dye was actually a bunch of tiny little dots. Looked like it came right out of a printer. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!
I wouldn't even give them a star, but it wouldn't let me continue without giving something. I ordered something from them, it was taking too long, so I cancelled. Do NOT do this, they will NOT refund your money. They are thieves and scam artists. They sent me an email in March, saying my refund would be issued. I never got it. Then they claimed that it had been too long and the channel was closed for them to issue a refund, and we can give you a coupon code. After 6 months of arguing with them that I just wanted my money, I tried to use the coupon code, which of course, is not good for shipping. The little wheel went round and round, then it just went back to the home page on their website. Then when I tried it again, it told me the coupon code was expired. Now they are asking me for an order number or a screen shot. They are just going to jerk me around and steal my money. Do NOT fall for this, they will rip you off!

What a NIGHTMARE!! I ordered over $100 (4 tops, 1 dress) Not one could I begin to fit into. Also the fabric and construction were an abortion. I attempted a return and refund. That was a joke. I have to chalk this up to the cost of education. Read the scam reports first if ordering for the first time. Hopefully you wont be SCAMMED like I was.
Do not, do not, do not under any circumstances do business with this company. They will take your money and you will get nothing in return. I WISH I had checked reviews before purchasing. I ordered several items and only some of them arrived. Of those I received, they were the poorest quality one could imagine. Very cheap fabric and very poorly made. One shirt had a stain when it arrived. One was cut so poorly it wouldn’t fit a soul. One came in such horrible condition with defective tassels in a very visible place it was just unacceptable. The other items were so poorly made as well that I’ve never worn them and never will. I have emailed with them SEVERAL times (well over 20 attempts) and detailed every issue and attached pictures showing the problems with each item. They were incredibly gamey and insisted I send pictures and pretended I hadn’t even though all my emails were on the same thread. Then I was told:
“If you want to send the item back for exchange or refund, the return-shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself. Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse ( in CHINA), I will kindly suggest that you keep it as a gift to someone who may fit it.“
What in the world! It was shipped to me from a warehouse in California...but conveniently for them they claim the return must be sent to China, so The cost of shipping Will completely outweigh the amount of what the refund should be.
AND...they have photos and detailed descriptions of the defects and problems with the items, yet their solution (rather than taking responsibility for their very poor products) is to suggest that I keep them to give as gifts!!! Who are these clowns. It’s ridiculous and these kinds of conversations went back and forth for weeks. Then one rep offered a refund but in each subsequent email I was told that no such offer was made. And no, I have still not received any refund and never will. This has gone on for months. It was maddening ...unethical at a minimum. These guys are total scammers. DO NOT give them a single penny...because that’s exactly what it will be...you will give and you will not receive...and they will keep your money and laugh at you.
I have now reported them to authorities who are initiating an investigation.

Fabric used was cheap and unlike the advertised images, did not compare. Very disappointed as first time buying clothing online. Last time after this.
I didn't rush into it. I had been undecided and I did love their style of fashion.
There are other companies (probably owned by same) who spruke the same styles and the prices vary a lot..Buyers BEWARE !!!
I ordered two of the same dress cotton/linen and received cotton/polyester and definately not what they advertised on there website. I have kept photo of what they advertised. Made contact with them and emails back and forth with different offers but not a full refund. I am out of pocket for goods that are useless plus shipping cost.
Still waiting on resolution. Buyers be aware and do not support this behaviour.
