Holapick should not be allowed to conduct business.
Purchased from the website around February, received a few items that were total garbage (nothing like the pictures.....cheap material...bad stitching...colors off)....returned per their instructions and post office returned to me(not sure why) now I am out postage too....cancelled the rest of my order and still no refund....emailed the company over 50 times and still no refund ....always excuses....just tried the number somebody posted and I did get through but they wanted me to go to google chrome...insert msupport606.com but teamviewer came up and I did not want to click on it....why do I have to go thru this for a refund...just email me what I need to process it...How is this company still allowed to scam people? ..If there is somebody knowledgeable in preventing this company from scamming others, I have kept all my documentation and would love to help put a stop to Holapick's deceptive marketing!!!!
I didn't get anything I actually ordered. It took 3 months to get my order and it was all wrong. The cloths are also made of cheap fabric and what you think is linen is actually polyester. Stay away from this company.
Terrible product, poorly made and expensive. Still waiting on my refund for a product they did not supply. They respond to emails but ask for photos, how can you photo the quality?? Do not buy this crap.
Lol! Merchandise is horrible. I have to laugh because this is just ...I’ve never seen clothes so badly sewn. My mother ordered them about more than a month ago. Some pieces arrived two weeks ago and others, this week. It’s cheap fabric, doesn’t run true to its size and horrible designs. Don’t order.
I'm a first time customer and tried using the coupon. Code CL5 WRONG refused said over limit. does that mean.I was prepared to s pend $600.00 today using PayPal. You SUCK!
Can I give them a zero. I can’t even reach them to do a return. I followed their instructions and I get an error verification token incorrect. Don’t purchase from them. Quality of product is terrible.
Don't waste your money I ordered back in June and it is now Sept. and still have not received item. Email back and forth and they blame it on covid, asked for a refund and they make excuses up for that. The items that I did receive are very cheaply made and sizing is so far from being true to size. Would not dress my dog in this trash.
I bought 5 dresses from this company, only 3 need to be changed because are small. The quality was terrible! My order was charged twice , I contact costumer service and they don't solve the issue .They are dishonest . I hate this company and I want my money back , and not have to pay shipping for any return. This company is a lie!

This web site is a scam i paid 100$ worth of 4 different items 4 months ago and no refund and they keep saying that its my countries fault cause they lost the package. I sent a letter from my postal service stating no package was never received or scanned from holapicks. So i got scammed for 100$ plus shipping. Please to order from this place they take your money.
OMG IF I could give a minus star I would. I have never been more frustrated IN MY LIFE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. You will not be happy and they DO NOT refund. You will email back and forth and when you return the items they claim they have not received them despite a notification from Aust Post confirming delivery.
The sizes are way off. I wear a 2X so I ordered 3x just in case. The clothes that finally arrived were hardly even XL. Like other reviewers I am frustrated that there is no way to return the clothes. I don’t have the time or energy for cross Continent fight. Just chalk it up to stupidity and never fall for on line advertising again.
DO NOT BUY!!! The pictures are totally misleading! Everything looks thick and plush in the photos online, but the fabric was thin and cheap. They do a great job with photoshop! You have to return the items to CHINA!!!!!! Which costs more than the cloths.
I followed the size guide provided for each of 4 shirts I ordered...completely inaccurate...none of them fitted ...their size guide varied from L to 2xxL for my size. I requested an address for return and had a runaround from 8 different people at Holapick. When I replied to their emails they went to my email address! I ended forwarding all emails to their service email address.
After sending numerous photos of the sizes and shirts they eventually offered me $24US...a loss for me of $45! I had received the shirts so I accepted this
rather than return them to the address they provided saying that if the items were not received I would not receive a full refund (risky as its their word that they actually receive the items).

I ordered 2 blouses and had the worst experience of my life. They answered my emails saying I should be patient. I had to raise a stink and have Amazon intervene before I got any action. My items supposedly were tied up in New York for 2-1/2 months! On the final day before I was supposed to get a refund, the blouses came. Unfortunately, I wear a size 1X, ordered 3X, but they were still way too small. Buyers be aware, there are several websites owned by Holapik, that sell the exact same products. I didn't know I was dealing with Holapik until I started trying to find out what happened to my shipment. You can tell which websites belong to Holapik because they all offer the same products and may charge different prices, but they are all the same. The blouses were beautiful and rather well made, they just don't fit.
So sorry I did not do my due diligence before ordering. Learned an expensive lesson and after reading previous reviews will not try to get my money back but chalk it up to an expensive lesson learned. Everyone in the reviews seemed to have the same problems I did - sizing way off and quality of material not what was expected. I hope to bless someone in my local clothes closet with these items.
DO NOT ORDER!!!!!! The sizes are way off, the quality is very poor, customer service is really bad. Company is in Hong Kong and they are not interested In refunding your money.They should be ashamed of themselves.Never again!
The quality of these items are well below what I paid for. Shoddy work, very poor quality material, loose threads and ill fitting. They should not even rate 1 star but you can't rate lower.
The order took months to arrive.
I urge you to think very hard before ordering from this company. These clothes will go straight in the bin. Don't get sucked in as I did and waste your money
im so happy i found this site they have 5 yellow stars on all their pics with false feedback on all their products but i have seen they are just scammers so sad to see people who have lost lost of money and sent terrible items i will not buy from them and i will put up a scammer alert for people to see
Do NOT buy from Holapick. TOTAL scam company. Will NOT refund if/after you receive items. I have been trying for 2 months and keep getting promises of refund. Then same questions over and over again. Only spend money you would happily throw in the garbage!!!
