Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional product quality and overall performance, noting that the carbon frames and wheelsets are remarkably lightweight, beautiful, and durable. Consumers also deeply appreciate the exceptionally helpful staff and responsive customer service team, who guide buyers smoothly through every single step of the purchase process. However, some reviewers were not happy with delivery delays, mentioning that shipping times occasionally took much longer than initially promised by the carrier. A few other people also felt that certain minor details like the included rim tape or freehub friction could use some quality improvements.

I recently bought the ICAN G25 SL wheels. I have been out for a few rides on some unforgiving Scottish gravel tracks and some tarmac and they are bombproof. Fast rolling with the DT Swiss hubs makes light work of even the roughest tracks. Chasing that PR?, then get these. A big thank you to Peggy for all her help.
I had to make a last minute wheel purchase for a race and decided to go with the Aero 40 II wheel set. Light, fast, high quality carbon and high quality spokes. The deadline was tight and decided to email ICAN and see if they could get them to my destination on and got a response promptly. Perry emailed me and got them out the next morning and they arrived early to my pick up point. Very happy with the product and the service that was provided and looking forward to buying more ICAN products in the future.
Great experience with my Aero II wheels. Arrived before the estimate that I was given when first ordering, look sleek and ride super well. With new tires they've shaved more than 2 lbs off my bike, and about 200 miles in I haven't had any issues. I used the rim tape and valves that came with the wheels and everything has worked great! Happy with my purchase.
Ican Aeris 50 carbon spokes. In use since 1 month. Lightweight and stiff. Very good quality and service
Awesome customer support! Great frame quality and excellent help from the team
Great experience ordering a gravel wheelset! Communication throughout the ordering process was excellent. I had some questions about whether I would have to pay any additional fees when ordering from the US warehouse to the EU, and I received a fast and helpful response. Everything went very smoothly and the whole process was easy and hassle-free. I’m looking forward to receiving the wheels and trying them out. I would definitely purchase from them again!
Great product, but it took awhile from the time of purchase to even ship.
High-quality wheelset. Great price. FAST delivery.
My wheelset was really not balanced and the front wheel already has a haze after a few km on the road, moreover I can already hear something moving inside the rim which makes me doubt the quality of the controls. However, the customer service was very attentive and available during the sales process. Let's see if the wheels hold up over time...
Nice set of wheels. The product which boost the performance.. I recommend the product
Great set of wheels! So stiff and snappy! And can't be beat for the price!
Customer service was great and they were prompt. Shipping as expected
At first I was not comfortable purchasing a set of $800 Carbon Wheel from China - seeing that I live in California (US). But my total experience was great. I first ordered the wrong wheels and had to correct this through email. The company responded within 24 hours and made the correction and I received the correct wheel set about 6-7 day later. The wheels are beautiful and are of high quality. My riding experience has be greatly enhanced.
Everything went smooth from ordering stage upto delivery and "test" of Ican wheels! A great product, really recommended!
Picked up the G25 SL gravel wheels from ICAN and honestly they’re an amazing value for what you get. The rep was super helpful the whole way through, quick to answer questions and easy to deal with from order to delivery. Solid wheels, great price, great service. Would recommend to anyone shopping for gravel wheels.
After much research I chose ICAN for my custom build and got the frame, wheels and handlebars. I'm happy to report that reviews were accurate. The frame is top quality, very well detailed, no nasty surprises with the assembly and the paint job is next level. The wheels are the lightest I've seen for the price and the quality is impressive too. Also the customer experience is superb, Perry was excellent quickly replying all my questions and advising on my order so it got dispatched and delivery way earlier than expected.
