I recently made 2 purchases

I recently made 2 purchases. Great wheelset. And a replacement hub for an older set of Icon wheels. Both exceeded expectations.

I liked the first set I bought for my wife and bought a second set for my gravel bike. We live in Crested Butte and have many US Forest Service gravel roads to ride on. The carbon wheels help dampen the vibration from the washboard and rocky surfaces. ICAN has excellent products at affordable prices.

I think ICAN delivers a top tiered product at an affordable price. While the cycling industry has gone bonkers on spending a small fortune on cycling components, ICAN remembers that some of us just want to ride bikes; and we want better equipment without breaking the bank.

Great wheels

I’ve been putting the miles on the new wheels. They’re performing quite well.

Great customer service

The customer service rep Perry was very helpful in the process of my order. The wheels I ordered were backlog from overseas and he kept me up to date. When I couldnt wait anymore, I decided to change to a wheels that were in stock in the US. Perry quickly changed the order and I got my wheels in a few days. This is my second ICAN order, they always do good for me.

The wheels are excellent—great quality

The wheels are excellent—great quality, and they make a noticeable difference in how the bike rides. I’m very happy with the purchase!

Fabulous communication from Ican

Fabulous communication from Ican, there was information given at every stage of the process, even a set of photos of the wheels before despatch. The wheels arrived just over a week from point of receipt which is much faster than I thought it would be. Excellent packaging and beautiful wheels

I ordered a set of AERO II from Spain and Peggy helped me out with the delivery. No extra custom fees, well pack and it arrive before estimated. As per the wheels, I am genuinely impressed the wheels are true and the Sapim spokes are tensioned within 1%. I very much recommended them, if you have any question or doubts, reached out for Peggy!

Two months of usage

Two months of usage, perfect types. I was a bit worried about the contact and assistance, but in the end they (Perry) reply very soon and supportive. Quite long delivery (more than 1month) but was indicated in phase of order.

Great wheels

Great wheels, great service! Even when things go wrong Ordering was easy, shipping arrived faster than expected, and customer service replied quickly and politely to every message I sent. The main point though is the quality of the wheels: cleanly finished, running perfectly true. Couldn't be happier! The value for money is hard to beat at this level. The real test came when I damaged a rim myself. I was able to order a single replacement front wheel with no hassle at all. Exactly how it should be. The only thing I'd wish for is a slightly bigger discount. Other than that, full marks.

Excellent ICAN Graro 54 Frame with YS9012 Custom Paint

I recently purchased an ICAN Graro 54 frame directly from ICAN's website, without using a marketplace or intermediary. Overall, I am very happy with the experience and with the frame itself. **Delivery service — 5/5** The delivery from Shenzhen, China to Moscow, Russia took around 30 days, which I consider reasonable. There were no delays, and the shipment could be tracked throughout the delivery process. The frame and fork were extremely well packaged and arrived without any damage. I am completely satisfied with the delivery service. **Quality — 5/5** The build quality is excellent. The carbon frame and fork have a very good finish, and the paint quality is also impressive. I am very happy with the overall workmanship, and several of my cycling friends, including experienced cyclists, had the same positive impression after seeing the frame. Definitely 5/5 for quality. **Product — 4.9/5** The frame and fork look great and have the features I was looking for. I specifically wanted a T47 bottom bracket and a UDH derailleur hanger, and I also preferred a frame without storage in the downtube. There were a couple of small differences from my preferences: the seatpost has a non-round profile, whereas I would have preferred a round one, and the seatpost clamp is integrated into the frame rather than using a separate external collar. These are minor points for me and do not significantly affect my overall impression of the product. One thing worth mentioning for anyone ordering a custom paint job: the color shown in the online preview may look different from the actual paint. I selected custom color YS9012 expecting a matte yellow/orange shade, but the frame arrived in a metallic gold finish. I actually like the color now, but the difference was quite a surprise during unboxing. I would recommend confirming the exact color with the ICAN manager before placing the order. **Customer service** The manager was always available, answered all my questions, and communication was professional and respectful. The only issue was that we did not specifically confirm the paint color before production. Overall, I am very happy that I decided to order the frame directly from ICAN. The quality of the frame, packaging, delivery, and communication all met or exceeded my expectations. I would definitely consider buying from ICAN again and will recommend ICAN to my friends.

I spent quite some time looking for a pair of carbon wheels and researching various products until I came across ICAN. I bought a pair of super-lightweight and durable carbon wheels. Communication with the team was excellent, and the delivery arrived exactly on schedule. After more than 1,000 km of gravel riding, the wheels are still in fantastic condition. I’d definitely recommend them.
