IPVanish

We are very sorry to hear about the ongoing frustration you've experienced with your renewal and the subsequent billing attempts. This is certainly not the seamless experience we strive to provide, and I understand why you are skeptical after your previous interactions. We genuinely want to resolve this for you and investigate why these automated attempts are persisting despite your cancellation and bank intervention. Because we cannot access or discuss specific billing details over this public forum, please email us directly at [email protected]. By reaching out to this specific address, your case will be prioritized by our leadership team so we can provide the explanation and resolution you’ve requested.

Thank you for being a long-time user and for sharing your questions with us. We understand that VPN technology can sometimes feel like a "black box," and it’s important to know exactly how your data is being protected. To address your concerns: Visibility: You can view your real-time connection status, IP address, and data usage directly within the IPVanish app dashboard. Purpose: Without a VPN, your online activity and location are visible to your ISP and potential third parties. IPVanish secures your connection by encrypting that data. We would love to provide you with a more detailed walkthrough of our features and security protocols. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can prioritize your request and ensure you feel confident in your protection.
