Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently share that the ordered products feature stunning quality, beautiful details, and gorgeous materials that make special events truly memorable. People also widely appreciate the reliable delivery service, noting that packages arrive safely on time and the overall online ordering process remains completely straightforward. However, some people mentioned that items occasionally arrived heavily wrinkled because they were tightly packed into very small boxes for shipping. A few other consumers also felt that certain garments suffered from unexpected quality flaws, unwanted material snags, or noticeable sizing inconsistencies upon final arrival.

Beautiful bridesmaid dress. It looked lovely on the website but when it arrived it exceeded my expectations and it was just gorgeous- really good quality, well made and stunning. I loved wearing it and felt like a princess being a bridesmaid. I love that JJ’s House has photos in the reviews - it’s so helpful to see the dresses on real people. They do custom sizes but it was very useful to see that the model pictured was the same height as me and the reviews said the dress was true to size so I got the standard size and it was the perfect fit. I was expecting delivery in 3 weeks but I think it was more like 10 days - so faster than expected. Communication/updates were great. Overall a great experience and I would 100% recommend and use them again. I would even love an excuse to get the same dress again in a different colour because I loved it so much!

SCAM!!!! Do not buy from this company. They charge a 10% ‘restocking fee’ which is deducted from your refund amount, mine was £75 for returning 3 of the worlds tackiest dresses, material is absolutely awful I didn’t even try two of them on after trying the first one on and it was actually laughable! Nowhere near the price they charge. Steer clear! There’s a Facebook page dedicated to this scam company. Learn from our mistakes and dodge JJS house like a bullet!
Thank you for your review. At JJ's House, our unwavering commitment to minimizing environmental waste propels us to craft made-to-order products. In order to uphold affordable pricing, restocking fees are applied. Prior to finalizing an order, customers are prompted to affirm their comprehension of our return policy. In your specific situation, we promptly reached out after the order placement to ascertain whether you intended to merely try on and assess the size and colour. In such cases, we recommend our Try-Before-Buy service. Regrettably, we did not receive a response from you. To prevent any delays in the delivery schedule, the order was confirmed and processed. Explore more details about our try-on program here: https://www.jjshouse.com/all/try-on-dress?country=GB¤cy=GBP Please feel free to reach out if you have other concerns.

This is my second order from JJs House, so they must have done something right the first time!! I ordered 2 dresses from their final sale section on the 26th of the month and unbelievably the courier tried to deliver on the 29th, sadly I wasn't in, so the parcel arrived on the 30th. The dresses look amazing, only one has been tried on so far, and it looks stunning & fits perfectly. Next order to be placed for my wedding dress next week. Their live chat section is brilliant too, they came back with a repsonse from the manufacturer within 48hrs.
