I bought a engraved necklace of my dog after his death. The advert was on Facebook and looked amazing. I paid £25 waited over a month for a shoddy piece of metal about the size of a penny. Really bad quality, like something you get out of an arcade machine at the fair. I wish I could get a refund. I'm heartbroken
Don't buy in this page because you'll be scamed. I purchased a 3D personalized lamp and as I was going to pay, I changed the address because I didn't want it to arrive at my place, I wanted it to arrive in my friend's place. They charged the lamp twice and I didn't get the bill in my e-mail, I got it in my spam :D Convenient right? I got in touch with them and they didn't accept their mistake and they don't want to refund my money. It's a horrible website and service. Don't trust them.

After waiting 2 months I got my ring the picture on it is hideous. Looks like a 5 year old drew it. I am very disappointed. The engraving on the inside is so small you can barely see it. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend without reading the reviews before. I read them only after and I thought that the gift would have never arrived. But today after 12 days from my order I am very satisfied. The gift is exactly how I expected and I was able to see where my package was at any time. It took a while to arrive but I knew that. I will order again one day.
My husband ordered a necklace for me and it took forever to arrive, and only because he kept writing and writing and writing to them. They took the money and kept saying that they cannot deliver it because of lockdown and they didnt want to refund it. Horrible horrible horrible. Avoid this company especially if you want to buy something as a gift here. If you order for 2021 birthday you may get it on the 2022 birthday

I ordered a birthday gift for a friend that had to wait due to their holiday. Even after the holiday, I'm still waiting on an email response which I haven't received. It's unfortunate but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone I know.
If I could have given no stars I would have!! My friends had a baby so I purchased a personalised name lamp for a baby gift. When it arrived it had the wrong name on it!!! I tried to contact the company but it’s useless. Very disappointing ☹️
I received my Krystal light musical picture. So disappointed the picture has no colors at all so small I can't even see the picture. It's faded and so small. Absolutely horrible quality. I paid $84.00 for a piece of empty Krystal. Need magnifying glass to see the picture and even then can't see the beautiful picture I sent. Absolutely horrible quality.
My order arrived in 3 weeks, I loved it and my mom cried when she opened it. It was perfect. I even sent an email just to check up on my order, and they replied in a decent amount of time which kept me content. I will shop again

This business is HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. My order said it was going to be glass, it wasn’t it was cheap plastic. The picture was faded and looked like the printer had run out of ink on it. Also half of the writing was cut off at the top from the printer. All and all I waited 2 months and paid $80 for it to come and it looks like a child had made it. Please don’t buy from them
After buying from Kespire and seeing the reviews I was genuinely worried that I would either not get the item or it would be subpar quality when it arrived. I ordered the Spotify photo frame on 12/01/2021 and to my surprise it arrived today (19/01/2021) and the item is correct and quality is great. I was given tracking information during the time of its dispatch and even emailed the company and they replied within a day with more information. It seems like previous orders from other buyers may have been down to bad luck.
I ordered 2 batman style lamps for my nephews (not cheap!). The products took AGES to arrive, and when they finally did, they didn't look like the picture on the site (completely different colour). I have emailed asking for a refund and I have been ignored. I would have got more value for money if I had burnt my money for heating!!
I was in love with the final product! But as for the experience as a whole, the time gap from when it was said to have come in to when it actually did was VERY upsetting. I missed a whole Christmas exchange day because the gift never arrived. Having to re order it from a local merchant.

I had a wonderful experience. I bought it for my sister, she just lost her beloved dog of 9 years. And I love the likeness. I didn’t even order it until mid December, and I got it 1/7/21 it is beautiful, and the inscription is exactly what I requested. I’m so thankful and I would definitely use them again.
