Hello and thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with the community. Much appreciated, Saul

Clothes were definitely washed properly. What she is referring to is that we did not perform stain removal on some socks that were sent in. The pay per kilo laundry service does not include stain removal nor is that advertised or implied anywhere. As far as how the socks are paired, we simply place the matching pairs of socks next to each other, like stack them on top of each other. I believe she wanted them bundled, but we do not do that as many people do not like it because it wears on the elasticity of the sock.

Hi Leigh. Glad to hear we were able to make your trip a little more cost effective. I know what you mean about those exorbitant per piece hotel prices. ~Saul

Hi Po. And thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience with the community. It really helps to balance out the negative reviews that we receive on occasion, since happy customers typically do not leave reviews. Highly appreciated and we hope the New Year goes well for you. ~Saul

Hi Jenny. Sorry your clothes were returned a few hours late. For context, it was peak season the week between Christmas and NYE and we were working all night. We are not always available for immediate replies on WhatsApp, especially afterhours. Kindly, Saul

Hi Thomas and thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. We know emergencies happen so we're happy to help when we can. Your hotel concierge also reached out to us to make sure everything was in order (I believe they would have also probably been willing to assist with forwarding it to you) so kudos to them for doing a good job as well. Hope you enjoyed your time in Taipei, Saul

Hi Jeff and thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. Glad you found our service to be useful. ~Saul

Hi Jake and thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. Much appreciated and I'm glad we could save you some time and money. You are right, some of these hotel laundry bills can get into the hundreds of USD, which is entirely too much if you just need a normal wash and fold service. ~Saul
