Outstanding and excellent experiences. Cloth washed was clean and smell good.
Hello Mr. Lim and thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience using our laundry service. Greatly appreciated, Saul
We’re staying at hotel in Tokyo and needed laundry service. I setup a time and pick up but they didn’t show up during that time at the concierge service. I contacted customer service on WhatsApp’s and they responded later in the day. They said they pick it up but my bag was still there. I contacted them again and they said they must of taken the wrong bag and offer me next day service to meet my deadline. They then came and I actually saw them pick up my bag. I got it back the next day all folded nicely. I will use the service again.
HI Minh and thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience using our laundry service in Tokyo. I appreciate the thoroughness and detail of your review and glad we were able to get everything done properly and on time, even though there was some initial confusion/friction with the pickup at the concierge. Kindly, Saul
Laundry town was a lifesaver when we were in Tokyo. We have two small children under the age of three which means a lot of laundry generated daily. We were there for two whole weeks and could not have survived without laundry town. They were fast, professional, responsive, and such a wonderful help during our time.
Hi and thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience using our laundry service, with the community. I'm glad we were able to make your trip in Tokyo a little easier. ~Saul
Don’t usually have time to stop and write reviews during busy vacations, but just got my laundry back and felt compelled to write! The process was seamless, laundry picked up promptly…even better, it was returned the same day when I had requested by the next evening. Everything was well cleaned and nicely folded and the price is so reasonable…much less than the baggage fees we would have if we brought more clothes.
Hi Christina and thanks a lot for going out of your way to leave us a review, and share your experience using our laundry service in Taipei. Glad you liked the result 👍 ~Saul
Great service and clean, good smelling laundry! Can recommend, used as a Tourist in Taipeh.
Hello and thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with the community. Much appreciated, Saul
Washed my clothes twice with Laundry town. First time the clothes were washed good enough but socks weren’t paired. clothes weren’t folded properly. Second time the clothes weren’t properly washed and also socks not paired.
Clothes were definitely washed properly. What she is referring to is that we did not perform stain removal on some socks that were sent in. The pay per kilo laundry service does not include stain removal nor is that advertised or implied anywhere. As far as how the socks are paired, we simply place the matching pairs of socks next to each other, like stack them on top of each other. I believe she wanted them bundled, but we do not do that as many people do not like it because it wears on the elasticity of the sock.
This is such a great service. We had our washing from one week for our family of six, and needed it done. The hotel cost was exorbitant, laundry town picked up/dropped off same day, and was really competitively priced. Great communication, excellent service and great price - thank you!
Hi Leigh. Glad to hear we were able to make your trip a little more cost effective. I know what you mean about those exorbitant per piece hotel prices. ~Saul
Easy to book. Reliable and good service.
Hi Robin and thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience using our laundry service. ~Saul
Excellent service from start to finish. They organised pick-up and drop-off directly through the concierge at Alila in Shanghai, which made everything completely seamless. Communication was clear and prompt, and the clothes came back clean and well handled. Very reliable and easy to deal with — highly recommended.
Hi JC and thank you very much for taking the time to share. We hope you had a good time in Shanghai and are glad we were able to make your trip a little easier/more cost effective. ~Saul
Laundry Town offers very efficient and high-quality service. I highly recommend it! The prices are also reasonable. I’m glad I found this place.
Hi Po. And thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience with the community. It really helps to balance out the negative reviews that we receive on occasion, since happy customers typically do not leave reviews. Highly appreciated and we hope the New Year goes well for you. ~Saul
BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! My laundry was scheduled to be returned to my hotel yesterday before 22:00, but that did not happen. No responses to my WhatsApp messages, but I can see that they have been read. The service is in Taipei, but their contact number on WhatsApp is a U.S. number, which is fishy. Today is Sunday and they are closed and my flight leaves early tomorrow morning. Over 5kg of my family's clothing lost and we are devastated. *UPDATE* They just delivered my laundry at 5:00 and I literally almost cried. It would have saved me such grief had they just communicated that they were running behind schedule. It came nicely packaged and folded. The detergent they use does not smell fresh, but the clothes seem to be clean. Regardless, I would not subject myself to this level of stress ever again due to their poor communication and unreliability.
Hi Jenny. Sorry your clothes were returned a few hours late. For context, it was peak season the week between Christmas and NYE and we were working all night. We are not always available for immediate replies on WhatsApp, especially afterhours. Kindly, Saul
Amazinv!!! Miscommunication or more miss understanding and still were rockstars‼️ appreciate the communication and the great service
Hi Kimberly and thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience using our service, here on TrustPilot. Glad you found our service helpful/userful. ~Saul
Hi Robert, and thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback/experience with our laundry service. Much appreciated, Saul
Exceptional Service and Kindness! Laundry Town Taipei went above and beyond for us. They picked up our laundry right from our hotel, which was already super convenient. But what really blew us away was what happened after — we had an unexpected emergency and had to fly back to the United States before our laundry was ready. The team didn’t hesitate — they helped arrange everything and mailed our clean clothes all the way to us overseas. That kind of honesty, communication, and genuine care is rare these days. If you’re in Taipei and need laundry done quickly, professionally, and by people who actually care, Laundry Town Taipei is the place to trust.
Hi Thomas and thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. We know emergencies happen so we're happy to help when we can. Your hotel concierge also reached out to us to make sure everything was in order (I believe they would have also probably been willing to assist with forwarding it to you) so kudos to them for doing a good job as well. Hope you enjoyed your time in Taipei, Saul
Fast delivery. Clothes came back in a box which was nice.
Hi Jeff and thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. Glad you found our service to be useful. ~Saul
Absolutely fantastic service. Able to get clothes washed and returned in 1-3 days based on the option you select. We used them 2x while in China and they saved us from $500 hotel laundry bills. Thank you so much for the quality communication and laundry (wash n fold)
Hi Jake and thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. Much appreciated and I'm glad we could save you some time and money. You are right, some of these hotel laundry bills can get into the hundreds of USD, which is entirely too much if you just need a normal wash and fold service. ~Saul
I am away for one month living in Taiwan and I called laundry town up to come and get my laundry. They came very quickly and they delivered very fast. All I can say is thank you very much.
Hi Alex. Glad we were able to make your stay in Taipei a little easier and thank you for giving our service a try. ~Saul
I have used LaundryTown three times in different provinces of China, and it is worth every penny! I've been travelling for two months and doing the laundry was a huge issue for me that I didn't know how to solve. The whole process is very simple and really makes life easier, which is greatly appreciated here. You can also contact them via WhatsApp, and they provide very efficient feedback. I totally recomend it!!
Hi Virginia and thank you very much for sharing your experience using our service. It's cool that you were able to use our service in multiple different provinces around China on the same trip. Glad we were able to make your trip a little easier. ~Saul
Service so quick, in less than 5 hours my clothes were picked up and washed. Never experienced a laundry service this good ! I highly recommend it
Hi Ignacio and thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. Much appreciated and glad we were able to make your stay in Shanghai a little bit easier. ~Saul
booked for washing on Wed night. This was picked up by 815am Thursday. Returned at 4pm Thursday! I can't believe was done so fast! Returned super clean, fresh and smelling amazing may I add. Thank you for this amazing service to allow me to continue my holiday and not pay astronomical hotel prices!
