Members can cancel their membership at any time directly within the app by tapping on Menu → Settings → Membership and then following the prompts to cancel. The meal suggestions in the app are entirely optional and are simply provided as recommendations to help guide your nutrition. You're welcome to follow them if they're helpful, or you can choose your own meals based on your preferences and goals. Additionally, Lumen does not rely on MyFitnessPal. We simply offer the option to sync with MyFitnessPal or other supported food logging apps for members who already use them, making it easier to import their macros without entering them multiple times. If you prefer not to use this feature, you can disable the sync at any time. Aside from the morning and bedtime breaths, we also recommend taking pre- and post-meal breaths, as well as pre- and post-workout breaths. These additional measurements can provide deeper insights into how your body responds to food and exercise, helping you better understand your metabolism over time. That said, the flex score is intended to measure your metabolic flexibility. Improved metabolic flexibility is indeed associated with better body composition and increased success with weight loss. It is one of several metrics that, together with your breath measurements and personalized nutrition plan, help you better understand how your metabolism responds to food, exercise, sleep, and other lifestyle factors.
