No refund after sending back goods

No refund after sending back goods I ordered a desk that was wrongly advertised as "desk for children". In fact it was for adults. I have been asked to send it back to a warehouse in Germany (which I did) and that I would receive the purchasing price within two weeks. The desk arrived at the warehouse on Dec 27 2023 and since then I am waiting for my money. They tried to find an excuse in not having received the desk but DHL tracking is clear about that. Since then my mails are unanswered. There is nothing I can do. A chinese telephone number doesn't help, there is no German entity to talk or to write to. It reminds me of the early days of e-commerce when people only bought from the market leader because they had to expect problems with other retailers. Welcome back to that time!

Is not a scam. Excellent product!

Hello, I live in Portugal and really wanted this desk. Since it had a higher promotion than Amazon, I decided to take a risk. At the time of payment, I used PayPal to make sure there wouldn't be any future issues. Upon payment, it redirected to a Chinese company instead of a German one. I got a bit scared, thinking it might be a scam and that the site wasn't legitimate. However, it turned out to be legitimate. The desk has excellent material and is well constructed. I bought the "Maidesite T1 Basic" and paired it with an IKEA tabletop. If you're considering the same, I think it's better to go for the "Maidesite T2 Pro" as it's sturdier and should wobble a bit less. Excellent product, don't be afraid of the website. Very good.It took one week to arrive. I purchased it on Sunday and it arrived on Friday.
