Excellent desks at an excellent price. When I needed to change the tabletop for a larger version, the customer service turned out to be excellent as well. They gave me considered advice about switching tabletops, and when I decided to return the one I'd bought, they even arranged a pick-up at my apartment! Love my desk, and would definitely buy again.

Very fair price for great quality. I found it very easy to assemble. I didnt buy the included desktop, opting instead for a cheaper wood plank. I could easily assemble it without using a drill or any power tools.

I bought a standing desk from Maidesite 5 years ago, and it has worked flawlessly every single day until very recently. When the motor that drives the lifting mechanism finally stopped working, I was worried about how difficult the replacement process might be after so many years. I contacted their customer service, and they completely honored their warranty without any hassle. They processed my claim and sent me a brand-new motor for free in a incredibly timely manner. It is rare to find a company that builds high-quality products and stands behind their warranty promises years down the line. Excellent desk and truly impressive customer service—highly recommended!

======= NEW review ======= Shortly after posting this review, Maidesite finally reached out and issued a full refund for the damaged desk. I appreciate that they eventually made things right. ======= OLD review ======= I am highly unsatisfied with my Maidesite experience. My new standing desk frame arrived with multiple deep nicks and scratches on the metal, plus a small dent in the power supply. To make matters worse, they refuse to admit this is a manufacturing quality control issue. They keep blaming the shipping courier, even though my photos clearly show scratches under the foam protection in areas that couldn't possibly get hit during transit. Their first compensation offer was an insulting 20 EUR. I had to push them really hard just to get their "maximum" offer, which was only 15 EUR more. 35 EUR is still an absolute joke for a product that was supposed to be brand new, costing 340 EUR, but arrived with defects. They did offer to arrange a carrier pickup for a return, but that's a huge headache. It means I'd have to sit at home all day waiting around, which just doesn't work for me at all. On top of that, the whole communication process has been incredibly slow and difficult. Their customer support is based in China, so the time zone difference makes a simple back-and-forth conversation take forever. Highly disappointed.
