Fur baby Father’s Day socks
I purchased a pair of the Father’s Day socks with our fur baby’s face on them as a gift to my hubby. They look fantastic! Im tempted to order a pair just for me so I can sport them when I’m out doing my walks to give people something to smile about. I’m so glad they arrived in time. I can’t wait to see his face when he opens them next weekend. 😻 Thanks for producing such nice quality socks and providing good customer service with your prompt reply to my questions.
Extremely poor quality
Extremely poor quality , photo was good but the socks will only last you 7 to 8 weeks at the most before falling apart which for the price is very disappointing

The website was very easy to use, I allowed 2 weeks for my delivery, a present for my daughter, and they were on time. The pj's and socks look fabulous. Very happy.

Custom dog socks
I ordered some custom dog socks for a friend and wasn’t too sure what I was going to get, but the print was great and they’re fantastic fun. I left it a little late to order so went for express shipping, which came with FedEx tracking. As we got closer to the day I needed the socks, I realised that the delivery had stalled at the local distribution centre and was going to be a week late. I messaged the company and got a very polite and helpful response, they contacted Fedex immediately and unblocked the issue. Socks arrived the same day. Very happy with the product and with the customer service.

AVOID!!!
AVIOD! Firstly, this company states it is located in Australia: THIS IS A LIE!! The products are shipped from CHINA! Secondly, my order came with a huge defect. I contacted the company who offered a refund of 10% (RIDICULOUS and insulting). After much back and forth I decided my best bet was to open a PayPal dispute. Once I did this someone from the company contacted me asking why I had opened the dispute and expected me to go through the whole thing again with them. Finally they found my previous email correspondence and after multiple emails telling me to close my PayPal claim and they would remake my product (I refused to close my claim) I was issued a refund by PayPal. Please find an Australian company with half decent customer service. Learn from my experience!
This is a scam. Stay away
I thought that I was ordering from FaceSocks, which I had ordered from before. Turns out it was MyFaceSocks, and the experience has been horrible. First of all, it took way longer than it said to get anything completed and sent out. Only after multiple contacts to their customer service did I get past the fake tracking number they sent me initially. Then, when the product did arrive, half my daughter's face was cut off. They also had printed her name on the socks instead of the word "Dad." They are trying to claim that's my fault because I typed her name into the box that said "Name," but nowhere on the site did it say that what was in that box is what would be printed on the socks. When I asked for a refund, they offered me 10% back. I'm still dealing with them currently. Sounds like they will continue to offer me increasing percentages as a refund but then not actually refund anything as other customers have mentioned here. The website looks just like FaceSocks because they are trying to trick you. They claim they are out of Australia and America, but they are actually in Hong Kong. I feel pretty dumb that I fell for this tactic, so I want to make sure you don't. Do the research first because I've had great experiences with other companies that make this product, not this one.

Pleasing Product & Service
I ordered 10 pairs of custom socks from My Face Socks, and the product was perfect! One problem, I only received 8 pairs. After contacting the company, I received an immediate reply via email assuring that they would ship the missing items right away. It took about a week to receive the initial delivery, so the replacement will probably take about the same amount of time. Other than that slight hiccup, I am very pleased with the company, the product quality, and the customer service.

Very pleased with my Rubik’s cube photo cube. Delivery took 14 days. It is very easy to manipulate the 9 (6 square & 3 rectangular) pictures. Just ordered a second one for a special occasion!

End of the day, pretty impressed! I ordered the custom mash face socks as a 21st gift for a friend on the 1st of May and I paid for VIP service cos his bday party is on the 8th. On the 3rd of May they sent an email confirming it's shipment. I was getting worried yesterday cos the shipment tracking number wasn't working, I'd realised my money had gone to a Hong Kong company when I'd been sure that I'd chosen an Australian company (in the hopes of getting it faster cos it's home), and the more I looked at the website, the more it screamed SCAM at me, and then I read the reviews here... Was pretty distressed.. Then I got home and there was a package waiting, the socks had arrived on the 6th of May, essentially 4 business days after I'd ordered it! Very impressed! Thank you! They look great!
Terrible service
I ordered a Valentine's day present 5 weeks in advance to make sure it arrives on time (website states 10 working days for delivery). Even with all the extra time for delivery the gift arrived 2 weeks after Valentine's day. They got the printing wrong on the dog blanket I ordered, instead of the dog's name they placed my name on it. They were also very slow in responding to my emails and at one stage when I was waiting for my order weeks passed with no communication from them at all. I would not recommend this company at all.
