Do not order from here unless you are willing to wait a long time for your order! I ordered the personalised boxers as a gift for Valentine’s Day. It’s now the 4th of March and I still haven’t received them, a month later. The site says allow 12-14 working days but this is a lie you should allow a lot longer than that. I can’t tell you exactly how long as I’m still waiting myself. When you email them you need to allow up to 48 hours before you hear back. Their online tracking service does not work either! It asks for your email address to track your order then says order not found. Not sure if my order is even coming at this rate?!
I ordered a blanket with my dog's photo. I chose to order from FaceSocks as 2 of my relatives previously got blankets and they are beautiful. Although if I'd read the reviews first, I might've had second thoughts and would've missed out.
I recommended Facesocks to the rescue organization where I got my dog They loved the pictures I sent them and will most likely have a draw with a blanket with a photo of a favorite pet as the prize.
After initial experience I was contacted and compensated for my troubles. Goes a long way to earning my trust. They are at least trying to make this right for me. When my product arrived it was well received and hilarious. I believe the whole ordeal could have been avoided with an accurate and honest heads up on the time it would take. I can wait for something unique but I cannot stand to be misled. Again, I feel the outcome was fair and thank you for the cool pants.
Truly horrible experience with this company stay clear, they take forever to send the item ( 12 days so far and still not been dispatch saying another 6-8 days then 10-15 business days to deliver) and when you realise it’s not gonna be on time and ask for a refund several times you get ignored. Don’t waste your money
The socks are horrible. The image is overly saturated and came out red.
Customer service is very poor.
Also Paid express shipping and it still took 3 weeks.

I have placed an order in 6 December from my face socks eu to Greece I order a camera roll keychain for my boyfriend it was amazing 🤩 4 stars because it said 10-15 business days but it comes in 30 January I really love this and I wait to give it to my boyfriend!!!😁
Ordered start of November to get it before Christmas it’s now mid January and still nothing. The response from them have been unacceptable. I should have done my homework and seen the reviews before ordering. I think they are a scam. No not order!!

terrible customer service, that is if they even pick up the phone. Usually it goes straight to voicemail, if they do pick up they hang up on you and disconnect you. Timeline on website is bogus. I placed an order several weeks ago to have the item in time for a friend's birthday. Even paid extra to have it expedited. It is weeks later and I still have not received the product. USPS tracking shows it has been sitting in Fresno, CA for the past 7 days with no movement. Find somewhere else to get this gift. Spend your money elsewhere. They are shady and AWFUL.
Such a fun personalised gift. Everything was exactly as expected/described/shown and delivery was fast. We had no dramas at all and would highly recommend.
Dreadful service! I paid a high premium for ‘VIP’ production and shipping. A month later and no sign of anything. Customer Service is appalling, whilst agreeing my order has been delayed and that the VIP fee should be refunded they are saying wait until it arrives then they will refund it. As the order has not arrived I’m now asking for a full refund but they are stalling on that too and a daily email from Vera is offering no help whatsoever! I would definitely steer clear and go elsewhere!

Express Shipping said 5-10 days, and ~20 working days have come and no product has arrived. Tracking has not given any update since 29/12, so well over 10 days.
Customer Service has been truly abysmal, and despite the fact the shipping did not arrive anywhere near the promised date, I have been asked to "wait for my product" by a truly delightful person of the name of Jiya. Absolutely no apology, assistance or offer of a refund. Honestly, the professionalism is near zero, and I would highly recommend to use another website than this.
This company deserves no stars - I ordered these on the 6th of December for a guaranteed Christmas delivery - they arrived in January .I asked to cancel the order as I could see they wouldn’t arrive in time even though on the 16th of December they were still advertising “order now for a guaranteed Christmas delivery” I was told “Thankyou for understanding” - terrible company and an expensive mistake .
The product has an amazing fitting, good quality, the picture is perfect!!! My boyfriend loved it and I did too. Great fun! But of synthetic smell and not so fast delivery but who cares? The website is not a scam and the product arrived perfectly.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. This is the worst o line shopping experience I’ve ever had. My order was not delivered when it was promised, then it was incorrect and the company refuses a refund. The worst customer service. Do not give them your money, or you will regret it!!
I bought some underwear with my face on it on myfacesocks.com.eu, unfortunately I was very stressed and ordered the wrong size. I send them an email right after if they could change it but after I read all these horrible reviews I was convinced they wouldn't. But, they did! And a month after I got my underwear as well! Just like I ordered it! I am actually very satisfied with myfacesocks.com.eu (even though there's nothing eu about it, they're very obviously from China)
