DISGUSTING!!!
DISGUSTING!!!! If I could score 0 I would I found the whole experience frustrating, mentally draining & gut wrenching. Firstly - it says MADE IN AUSTRALIA They’re not- they are made in CHINA! I only found this out because of the shipping details telling me it was currently in transit from CHINA. I contacted someone via the chat who told me due to covid they're making them in China now. I ordered from this website because it says Australian Made. I then received the socks, and they were TERRIBLE!!! I am a size 6.5-7 women’s. I ordered men's size socks & Apparently my foot is too big for them! –“2 inches” too big to be exact. which is why they have "stretched" after just trying them on!!! Back and forth with a “robot” employee named Azahel. Who did not listen to anything I said. They just kept sending me screenshots & links trying to prove me wrong. However, the information they provided was all incorrect. They sent me a completely different link to “what I ordered” I provided sufficient evidence each and every time. They were even proven wrong against a previous conversation I had with of their customer service chat people. I was offered ONLY a 20% refund. 20% LAUGHABLE!!! So disrespectful to offer after all the trouble and time and money spent on SOCKS!!! I spent over $100 & now must go and source them elsewhere, re purchased and wait in hopes they will be here before my deadline. DO NOT BE FOOLED - MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE IN EVERY DEPARTMENT IVE EVER HAD! IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND NO RESOLUTION STILL. I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO RE SEND MY ENQUIRY 4 TIMES BY 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. Horrible marketing/False advertising, constant excuses made my staff and terrible service & product quality. No one took responsibility for the mistakes! No accountability, just deflection, lies & such a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
Photo Blanket
Ordered 2 photo blankets for my parents as gifts. Opened the packet to have white fluff go everywhere from them. After speaking to customer service they have told me "its no big deal" and "after a few washes, it will not shed". They were also shipped from China, so probably makes sense that the quality isnt as good as I was expecting

My order shipped over a month ago and I still haven't received it. I have been getting unsatisfactory responses from the company and from the shipping company. Nobody is able to advise where my order is. Very bad service. Will not order from them again. The order was a birthday gift which has come and gone.

I should have read the reviews before ordering! As per all other reviews, this website is a total scam. I paid an additional $30 for express delivery (3-5 days) as I wanted to give them as a birthday present. Sure enough, two weeks later, nothing arrived. I’m working from home, in lockdown and I’ve done plenty of online shopping - first time ever that they supposedly delivered it but it must have ‘stolen’. In order to get another pair I have to pay for shipping. It is clearly a scam. Any decent company would just send out another pair. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered a shirt for a birthday, standard delivery is £ 5 which takes 10-15 Days! If you want express delivery, which take 3-5 days, on top of the produce time:2-5 business days, it will cost you £ 16! So what started out as a shirt for £ 15 (if you only buy Small), becomes £ 28 if you select XL then £ 43 if you choose express delivery. Plus the print you get is sub standard and poor quality. Avoid

Zero delivery, Will not refund
Ordered two pairs of socks, I notified Myfacesocks immediately as I saw they have partnered with Aramex/Fast Way couriers and I knew my deliver would be lost. Myfacesocks told me no to a refund and now Aramex isnt answering their calls. Tracking my order Aramex say they have delivered the sock but I have been home all day due to lock down. Now I don't have the delivery and zero ownership from Myfacesock. Please do not order from this company they will not reply nor refund you their money please becareful do not deal with this company.

The sock were so cool
The sock were so cool. Delivery time was reasonable with all things considered (covid restrictions and back log with delivery companies) and the customer service is great. Already bought a pair for a mate.
Not made in Australia
All over their web page it says printed in Australia and fast shipping within Oz and NZ I ordered some for Father’s Day with some additional time due to any delays relating to COVID My socks still haven’t arrived and won’t arrive before Sunday. When looking at the tracking it says my socks are coming from (and still stuck in) China! After querying with customer services, they admitted they are currently being made in a factory in China. I don’t care where it’s made as long as your honest about it, and realistic with your production and delivery times. It’s incredibly dishonest and misleading. If I’d known they would be travelling from that far to get here (and given additional global shipping delays) I never would have ordered from them Fairly certain they are not interested in improving the operation of their business given the reviews Recommend you go elsewhere

Very happy with the whole process. I love the socks I got made for my partner's first Father's Day with our little girls face all over them! The service was great with a quick turn around from ordering to receiving the end product.

Love my Hawaiian shirt
When I purchase my Hawaiian shirt with my friend's face on it and then read all the negative reviews I was a little concerned so started to worry i ordered the shirt on the 22nd of August and it arrive today and looks fabulous. I don't expect my freind to wear this everyday it's a joke and if he gets 3 wears out of it then so be it. However I think the quantity is OK. I have also been in communication with the company and was giving updates of the delivery times. Don't listen to everything you read . I would 100% recommend this site :) 😀
