Placed 2 orders on May 2nd for mother's day present. Received 2 emails on May 4th saying both items has shipped. I was given tracking numbers for both. I continued to check the status knowing it may be delayed due to Coronavirus. The first package did finally arrive to my stepmother on May 18th and she absolutely loved it. The second package however has still not arrived. Everytime I check the tracking number given on USPS it says "awaiting package" So on May 19th I emailed the company asking why my second package had still not been received or even showing arriving to USPS. 2 days later I received an email advising me to please be patient and that due to Coronavirus packages are delayed. They sent me a totally different tracking number for some shipping company in China. At tracking number show the package was approved at the Gateway in China on May 12th but no movement since. I decided to still wait and give them the benefit of the doubt. On May 24th still no update. So I email again...No response. Send another email back to April which is the woman who initially emailed me the first time 2 days later and again....no response. It is very clear that my package has been lost since there has been no movement since May 12th on the Chinese Trucking website and nothing at USPS since May 4th. Either that or it's a scam. It's hard for me to think it's a scam since my other package was received and was so wonderful. It's very frustrating that the customer service does not get back with you in a timely manner or even offer a solution of sending another item or giving a refund. My mother has still not received her Mother's Day present and now I will probably have to go and order on a different website since I cannot even get a response back from this one. Don't waste your time or money on these odds. Only reason they got 2 stars is cause the first item we received was nice.
I actually can't believe how poor the quality of the print was on the socks I ordered. I don't even know why I sent a picture to them as you can't see much of a resemblance. It's almost a shadowy cartoon figured instead of an actual print of the picture.
On top of that, I paid an extra few dollars for the VIP package for quicker turn around time and I may as well have tossed that money out of a moving vehicle. From the day I ordered one pair of socks it was almost a month before they were delivered.

Horrible. I wish I would have read these reviews sooner. I ordered a pair of socks and as of today - a month later - I have not received them. The company has stopped responding to my emails, and I'm just counting this as a loss. And yes, although they pretend to be out of the AU. This is a Chinese company and a typical Chinese scam.
Update on my order: Ordered on April 2 2020 as of May 19 2020 still haven’t received it....great job keep up the lousy work

UPDATE: Since writing my review, I have been back and forth via e-mail with this company trying to get a refund for the order I never received. They continue to send me fake tracking numbers that show the package going from China, to Denver, (where the shipping address is,) to 2 different cities in California, back to Denver and back again to CA multiple times. It's very obviously not real. I don't know who they think they are fooling. They found my first review and offered to "discuss" a 50% refund if I take it down. I told them if they did not refund me in full, I would post another review. So, here we are.
In this time I have ordered from the real company, and received my items and they are great.
Please do not order from these horrible scammers!

SCAM! This is a rip off of a legitimate site called FaceSocks.com. They have the same logo and products on their site. After placing an order and not receiving a shipping confirmation, I contacted them. They responded and said that since items are customized, they take time. An hour later I got an e-mail saying the order was being processed. I received a tracking number saying a 3rd party shipper had picked up the package but no other info. ever became available. I contacted them 2 more times without receiving a response. It has been over a month since I placed the order. I do not expect to get my order or my money back but, I am still trying. I will take legal action if needed. Stay away from them and order from the real site!
Two months after my order and I don't have the item I purchaed. The company offered to give me a few dollars back since it was "lost" in the mail. Total scam. Thankfully my credit card identified this company as a scam and refunded me my money.
Do not shop with them! The reviews on here are all correct......same problem here! Ordered over a month and a half ago and still no package!! Never again!!!!!
HORRIBLE !!!!!!! This is very poor customer service I have been given a tracking # yet it has said it's not even in the system it's been weeks now. I just want my money back I will never order from this site again and will be telling other to do the same. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!

Do not use this company! I would give them negative stars if possible. They are a huge scam. I ordered from them for my husbands bday from my son and it's been 2 weeks and I paid extra for VIP service. My order supposedly shipped over a week ago but the tracking number does not work I've sent several messages and I keep receiving generic messages from Laura whoever that is. The last message she sent me had a link for me to track my package and it wasn't even in English it was Chinese or something and it hadn't been updated since april 30th. I'm so outraged my son goes to the mailbox everyday looking for his gift to give my husband who's birthday was a week ago. At this point I'm sure i will never receive the socks or my $. Shame on them! 😡

Fake company. I ordered at the beginning of March, it’s now the beginning of May and I still haven’t seen them. it says they shipped on April 7, and DHL, and USPS both don’t know the package exists. Complete scam, and a total knockoff. I have emailed for a refund and gotten no response.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks on April 3rd for my boyfriends 30th birthday, it is now April 30th and still nothing. I have been in contact through email with the seller "Betty" and she continually changes her story saying there was an issue in production, its on the way, it should be there... all lies.
Whatever you do don't order from them and let them scam you too.
I hope they get shut down as this is very disappointing.

17 days after I placed an order I got in touch for an update. 10mins after emailing I got an email saying my order had been processed so basically they had forgotten the order. I got no apology or explanation.
It's 24 days later (7-10 days is stated for delivery) and my order has just been delivered in what looks like a tupperware box. It's a see through box with jigsaw pieces in it. For £38 you'd expect a box with a picture of the finished puzzle.
Customer service, packaging, delivery - all bad!!
I wish I could add to all the "reviews" on the website but there is nowhere to submit one. Seems they have just posted pictures of positive reviews on the site.
Terrible company
One star is one to many for this company. I placed an order April 2,2020. Today is April 30,2020 & guess what...NOTHING! Zero confirmation about my order being shipped. Not only zero confirmation....zero response to my six emails I sent in the last two weeks....NOTHING!!!! I ordered 2 personalized puzzles, hoping my son & I could do them together during quarantine, which I’m sure will be over before I my products get delivered. You should be ashamed of yourself for conducting such poor business especially during these rough times we’re all in....terrible company, terrible customer service! No phone number provided....shocker!
After placing order on MyfacesocksAU and seeing credit card charge was from Hong Kong (with my bank adding an overseas transaction fee) I thought I'd better look into this company and then found all these negative reviews. I thought I'd thrown my money away and was going to write it off as a loss. But... in my case, the order arrived quickly (9 days, including two weekends since I ordered on a Saturday night) and I got exactly what the site describes. The product looks good, and with fast shipping, I have no concerns in this case. I can't say how durable they will be, time will tell. So if like me you just ordered and then checked reviews, take heart, it may be OK for you too.
Where the hell is my order? I have e mailed and not had any response at all. BV23656. Need them as a present and now looking at all the bad reviews I wish I hadn't bothered to order. I don't have loads of money and brought these for birthday present. Gutted
