Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. I'll be as honest as possible: I used to be really happy with the service, but lately, it wouldn't let me do anything; I can place orders, but damn, the verifying process was TEDIOUS. They asked for my ID, a selfie of me holding my ID, PayPal front page, etc. Only to be ignored for hours until I got frustrated and sent them an email after god knows how many emails I've sent.
But in the end, I got my code after being stuck in the verification step for a day. I'll consider whether to buy here again or not...
Hopefully the next purchase won't be this tedious and time consuming...

As orders accumulate on an account, we sometimes require a more solid form of means to verify the provided details so as to prepare it for an upcoming membership upgrade. An upgrade actually allows transactions to be a lot smoother and of course faster.

We received the codes directly from our Supplier/Publisher and if the code is invalid, there will be investigation by our respective team. Please provide the screenshot of the error message you received when you used the code, and a screenshot of the code you received in your order page. You may submit both screen shot to [email protected].

Honestly they are pretty good, I have bought over 10k dollars this year worth of gift cards. They are good honestly. They will just need to verify its you as a process to sell you gift cards which was ok the first day. after that I started buying nearly a half a year ago. My issues came when the google gift card came with an error saying that there is a problem with that code to try another one. Google doesn't resolve anything so I try with them and they say that I have to solve with google. As things are I dont recommend buying google gift cards from them because they would solve the problem with those code. They refuse to give money back nor store credit. I had issues with an 100, 50, and another 50 dollar code technically I am being scammed with faulty codes. They have good support but not quick resolutions for their customers. I have bought over 500 orders but yeah they dont care nor trust you

The verification process took too long, wonky website, had to contact through Facebook but very quick and responsive Support Team! Great job support team, my order came in immediately after that email!

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience in which you had faced in regards to the issue with the code delivered. Unfortunately the code arrived sealed and we would be unable to foresee any potential issue with them until they have actually been redeemed by the user themselves.
Since we need to liaise with other parties in order to resolve the issue, the given time-frame is indeed crucial due to our reliance on the other parties in providing us with the required information. Rest assured issues are typically resolved within the given time-frame (do note that working hours shall exclude time outside normal office hours as well as weekends).
I have to find credit where it is due.. Up until this point every code I've bought has worked. I recently got a few that told me it was already redeemed by another user so I'll see how that goes but everything up to this point has been valid. Hopefully this can get resolved as well..
