It's a awesome site. I like it because steam is annoying for not taking PayPal. I still have sum issues with offgammers for ot taking my orders sometimes then I have to wait weeks sometimes to get a refund. All around a good site and restock your cards once in a while please.

Good Customer Service, Poor Customer Experience

The only reason I am giving this 2 stars rather than 1 is the speed and efficiency of the Customer Service representatives. However, their speed of service is likely due to the Transaction Fees that they collect to fund having higher numbers of customer service representatives. Whilst I cannot criticise the speed of response, the verification process - certainly around PayPal - is bad comedy. They expect a picture with photographic ID, plus a Selfie holding the same, plus proof of the payment card used (even though PayPal is meant to remove this need) and there is absolutely no justification for this. I was told if I didn't want to have to undergo this verification, I would need to make a direct bank transfer payment to them - how exactly this is meant to be more secure when it bypasses money laundering laws, I do not know - and whilst I can understand this being pedaled, it should be made clear at the point of ordering. As such, I cannot recommend this site, nor would I recommend it to my friends. There are better sites that charge similar amounts but with a way better buying experience; I tried this site on a whim. Whether I'm "lucky" in terms of all previous buying experiences I have had living in the UK, this site was truly a very, very poor non-buying experience.

The support from CS part is very good

The support from CS part is very good. But the payment upload function does not functioning well. Third time I faced problem with payment upload.

They offer good customer service

They offer good customer service, but they take a little time to verify the order and deliver it in the case of gift cards, but the rest is a good shopping site. Recommended!

Bad first OffGamers Experience

I was referred to OffGamers by my friend to purchase a PSN because he stated that you guys were fast... less than 30 minutes he said... But my experience says otherwise... I had to wait for more than 1 hour

The website isn't bad in general. Meanwhile, after purchasing more than 100$ there, i get a long verification process that takes hours, and no instant delivery anymore. I reached out the support team, no help provided. It was my first choice for purchasing digital items for some days, now it seems like they lost a costumer.

it takes too long to respond and there should be 24/7 hour support because i missed an event until i got my help it made me sad that i had to wait 12 hours till my ticket got checked..

They have nice prices but verif. delay is annoying.

They have nice prices, that's always attractive. The site is nicely done too, nothing misleading. Like many customers, i'd have to complain about the verification process which is much longer than other sites. You're going through unnecessary hassle being asked pictures from yourself (ok), your ID (still ok) and your credit card should you use one, which is not ok in my book. You can argue all you want about security, but posting a picture of a credit card on the internet is not what i'd call safe to say the least. I haven't tried to use Paypal, but next time i'll surely do to avoid this credit card picture nonsense. Then there's the delay, which is variable depending on the representative you're talking to, which could go from 30 minutes if you're lucky to 24 hours which is unacceptable, On a positive note, those people are always polite and usually answer promptly to your mails/ tickets. The codes are legit. At least mine was (200 USD gift code mind you)

Dumb & long “verification” process even for Gold members

I’m using their service to buy ecoVouchers. They are quick to classify you as a “Gold” customer after a few transactions but it’s a nightmare to wait for their “verification” process all the time, every time. And this is after going through their “recommended” PayPal checkout with direct and instant debit of my debit card. They even went on to ask for credit card, passport, selfie etc. Even after all this is “verified” successfully, the next order goes into yet another 6 hour long “verification” process. Sad, stupid, dumb - call it what you want and it will match their concept of “verifying” each order. Once, after successful payment and a 3 day wait, they even said that they had run out of stock of the ecovoucher that was purchased and have no idea of when it would be restocked. That’s truly a mess!!
