Security system too high but its cheap product

It seems that the security of the system for puchasing is really high, to a point where the customer have to wait a length that it seems it would be easier to buy the code at 7e. but the price here is cheap. So i got that going for me which is nice

trustworthy, best price ive come across so far and i buy alot of cards the only down side is its not instant as they say ... i cancelled my first transaction because the wait was unpleasant as i was expecting an instant code i gave it a 3 star only because of the wait....if your arent in soo much of a rush this would be 5star

Everything seems good, but often you have to wait up to 24 hours for some "verification" and your digital delivery. Sometimes you pay with exactly same method for the same thing and get it immediately, but so often they just make you wait. That is really annoying!

unresolved, l am unable to get my game gold on PW2 and email say resolved, it is not, l am an aged pensioner, pc's baffle me, lt looks like l have just wasted $50 AUD, so no more spending on game unless the process becomes easier to use and l get my game gold very unhappy Rose

I've had many issues purchasing the Amazon gift cards, verifying and having to contact customer support. I am glad, however, that the customer support responds very fast, however, the site is not worth the trouble I had to go through. I purchased two gift cards, and after a lot of hassle of waiting and contacting customer support, I got my codes. However, I wanted to purchase a second time, the website kept bugging out. Customer support told me to clear cookies, which I did, then I was able to make the payment this time. However, it was asking me again to contact them. After a while, they were demanding me to send document scans like id cards, censored credit card, utility bill, etc. I've never had an online store requesting so much personal information. They refunded the payment in the second purchase, but they still charged me the money of the processing fees. Customer support is responsive and patient, but purchasing is a real hassle, and requesting so much personal information is more trouble than it's worth. I was going to give it 5 stars if the second purchase would come through fine, but it didn't, and requesting those documents sort of triggered red flags, and I've also lost some money from that second purchase because of the charge fees which weren't completely refunded... +1 star for the first successful (although tedious) purchase +1 star for the customer support actually responding very quick -1 star for the money I've lost -1 star for not accepting my preferred payment method anymore unless I provided the documents with a lot of personal information -1 star requesting said documents I'm sorry, but I won't be purchasing from this store again.
