Shame on you Guys!

2,5 months after ordering, still No mascara. Wrote several times to the support e-mail, still No answer.. I really think this is a Scam... Specially after reading All the new bad reviews, with the same situation as I. ... And I feel stupid for ordering! Shame on you! Edit: I still havn't recieved the mascara. Wrote a New e-mail as requested, and... No answer, surprisingly. I think i'll stop trying now..

I see you do reply to people here, telling them to send an email. I sent you 3 emails and I get no reply. What a scam. Please refund my money as you fail to deliver what I ordered. Ordernr #118482A.

OMG Spark bothers to respond to 2 of my reviews here but when I email them - radio silence! Other than saying it’s a scam company, not sure what to make of it.

I ordered 3 products from OMG spark

I ordered 3 products, 2 creams and the red light pen on 16.12.18. Was concerned after reading poor reviews but despite being advised the delivery could be 4 weeks its came pretty prompt and I have had no issues with communication regarding my purchase. The neck and face cream I have already been using for over a week now and I love it

I have not received a red light therapy pen I ordered last November the money was taken from my account on 29th November 2018 I didn't even receive an email to confirm my order I want my money back as

Order #127430A confirmed Still waiting a tracking number for my order, it's been more than 3weeks, sent a couple of emails but no response. Believe I have been scammed

I went in to "check my order" and keep getting server failure. I just read the replies from OMG spark, to other Customers, "claiming" that there was an issue on the site, and to try again. Well those were from yesterday and day before. Guess they are still having "technical issues" Thank God I did pay a whole lot of money, and I did use Pay Pal. So hopefully "We" can figure out how to get my money back. Don't fall for the Ads they have on Face Book. You will not receive your product from them...

They are the most shady company

They are the most shady company, i will be calling the business bureau on you guys! I have not received my order and when I try to email that fake email address it doesn't exist!!! I will post this also on face book, and all the media, bunch of thiefs!!

Ordered October 15 still no product

Ordered October 15 still no product , sent numerous emails no response , finally told them I was contacting bbb and j got a response , told them o want my money back and now the email address doesn’t work . Going to call the bank and the bbb . I am done

My order has not arrived

My order has not arrived and it's been weeks. Website no longer exists and there is no way to track my order. Order # 124386 A. Hoping I did not get scammed. Will be contacting my bank and filing report if I do not receive my order soon . To OMGsparks reply: I did send an email to the email you provided right underneath and did not get a reply! Fix this soon!

HUGE SCAM!

Do not buy anything from them! I have filled a complaint with my bank to have the transaction cancelled. I never received a product and their website has since been shut down. 1/2/18: In response to OMGSpark's reply below: I have emailed the email address listed below several times. With receipt upon delivery. One was checked, no response. The other was never checked. OMGSpark let me ask you this: is there another way to communicate with your company now that the email address is not being monitored and the website has been taken down? Go ahead... I'll wait....

Don’t even order from here

Don’t even order from here. I ordered one product in early October. Today’s date is January 1, 2019. It STILL has not arrived. I checked the usps tracker and said it was last seen in California on November 3. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and they have not responded at all. So save your money and time and go somewhere else.
